I’ve been here for 45 minutes for a wire transaction ! They told me I could go to another branch if I’m tired of waiting!

I've been to this branch only 3 times in the past 3 years. I've never had an issue during those visits. Everyone has been friendly and courteous. It's very clean and looks brand new inside. Truist is a brick and mortar bank. It's not always going to be quick or without fees. I get it if people have had problems with transfers or whatever but luckily I haven't run into any major core banking issues. Just thought I'd leave this in part to share that I've never had a 1.9 or 2 star experience at this branch.

Not sure why it seems i’m the only one who had a good experience. I went in and traded all my small bills for bigger bills no problem. Friendly staff and quick job.

I've been having tremendous issues with SunTrust/Truist banking for the past few months; ATM, online account access, automated services, and even the bankers have no clue what's going on with my bank account. Since I was in Suwannee, I actually had the chance to speak to two of the bankers available in the office. Both of them had given me the information about my checking account. The first banker had informed me that my checking account is closed; printed out a statement of June & July. My phone number online linked to my banking hasn't been updated when I updated my phone number multiple times. I asked for a paper statement of my closed bank account & statements dating back in 2022 when I first opened an account but the banker was charging $70 for the whole page in cash. I sat in the lobby reading the statements she printed out & there was no way I'm going to pay $70 in cash to see my own account transactions. A second banker helped me; informed me that my account isn't closed. At this point she probably couldn't really help me since she had to speak to her supervisor over the phone to even access my account. She ended up telling me to call customer service over the phone to address any issues and concern about my checking account. I asked for a direct phone number. She advised that I call the 1-800 number on the back of my debit card. I jot down the information, sat at the lobby, & spoke to a customer representative. My account isn't closed and the bankers on staff should have access to the information I was asking for. I spent over 2 hours trying in a Truist/SunTrust bank office with the assistance of two bankers who had no idea what they're doing. Such a shame how much time and travel I've wasted just to gain online access of my checking account.

Wow! We had a terrific experience with a personal banker this morning. Our non-profit organization needed to add a few people as authorized signatories to our bank account and get some new debit cards. Diana Truman (Suwanee Branch) was AMAZING!! She took the time to help us, pointed out some wonderful ideas and was very engaging. We are a small client; but, we never felt that way with Diana. She made us feel that we were very important clients to the bank. THANK YOU DIANA!

Waste an hour of my life everytime I come to this branch since Trust merger. Used to have premiere banking but they also took that away. Bankers sitting in the offices, not sure what they do. Need to change banks. My fault.

I came to withdraw money from my account and was told the fund was not ready. I called and checked my account and the fund was there. What the heck? The teller was not pleasant also. Not a good experience at all.

What a terrible experience! I am often issued checks for payment from a client who uses Truist. I do not have an account with them but I take the check to them to cash. When they were BB&T I never had an issue getting the check cashed and they did not charge me anything to cash THEIR check. Today, I had a large check for several thousand dollars. After having to wait for a while, they finally cashed my check, charged me $8.00 and gave it back to me in $20 dollar bills. I told them that I needed bigger bills but they refused to accommodate me. Later in the day, I went to my own bank where they were able to take care of me. I can see from the other reviews here that I'm not the only one to have had problems here. Not a good way to attract customers...

I wouldn’t let Truist pay me to keep my money at this bank. The branch and all of its staff are the most incompetent individuals I’ve met in my life.

Stay away from them! After waiting 30 minutes to talk to an advisor, they don’t know how to print a statement or to help you out. Calling is the same….holding and holding because they have no answers to your simple questions.

Nice employees but not enough of them! Very shorthanded. And no excuse for not opening your branch. With precautions you can be open like everyone else. 15 minutes to make a simple deposit on your carline is not acceptable.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The female representative I spoke with was so rude to me. Awful customer service

This is the first time I'm writing public review, and that alone probably can tell how upset I am with this experience. I need to do some wire transfer, and the first time I went there, the banker said it is simple and only took 5 minutes. It went smoothly, and I went home, then they called me said the signature wasn't correct and the drivers license was out of date in file (no idea why they couldn't verify this while I was there). That is all fine, so we went back to the bank. This time they only let us do the drive through, and they put us to wait in the parking lot for about 20 minutes. We called, they said another 10 minutes, then they called us back to the driver through. They sent us the wiring information to sign. The recipient's bank information was obviously wrong and didn't match with the earlier one I signed but didn't go through due to the issue we had. It is critical information so we had to ask them to correct. We sent back the new paper work along with the old one and noted original on the old one. The banker kept saying it is 100% correct, and kept repeating the go through bank information doesn't matter, irrelevant, but we kept saying it is not the go through bank, it is the recipient's bank. Couple times of back and forth, it was still incorrect, and we had to leave for our meeting, so that was another hour wasted, and now we will have to go back again. The staff is rude, doesn't listen, doesn't even let you finish what you are trying to say, cut you off, and repeating their information they believe is relevant. If it is not he worst customer service I had in the past, it is near to the worst.
