Truist, a brick-and-mortar bank, has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have had positive experiences, describing the branch as clean, brand new, and the staff as friendly and courteous. Customers have reported successful transactions, such as exchanging small bills for larger ones, without any major issues. However, others have mentioned that the bank is not always quick or without fees, and some have had problems with transfers. Despite these mixed reviews, one customer had a "terrific experience" with a personal banker who was helpful, engaging, and made them feel like an important client, even though they were a small client. Overall, Truist seems to provide a varied customer experience, with some customers having positive interactions and others facing challenges.
Absolutely horrible experience at this location today, that too it was my first time here as I have recently moved to GA. The teller named Madison (that’s what the lady claimed her name was) was so rude, that literally the first time in my life I wish I was dealing with an AI agent and not a human.

Well rated. Went in there and came out quickly as they are extremely slow. Seems like no one cares. Went to peachtree parkway branch and was helped in no time. I would avoid this location at all cost.

Counter clerks are not trained. Not polite and makes you feel bad trying to get your money.
