Truist, a brick-and-mortar bank, has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have had positive experiences, describing the branch as clean, brand new, and the staff as friendly and courteous. Customers have reported successful transactions, such as exchanging small bills for larger ones, without any major issues. However, others have mentioned that the bank is not always quick or without fees, and some have had problems with transfers. Despite these mixed reviews, one customer had a "terrific experience" with a personal banker who was helpful, engaging, and made them feel like an important client, even though they were a small client. Overall, Truist seems to provide a varied customer experience, with some customers having positive interactions and others facing challenges.
Where do I begin. Nobody recognizes you. The weights are long. You can’t get service. They don’t understand what you’re asking. Then you call their 800 number and you can’t understand them. It is time to get another bank. Sad!
