“Had a smooth experience renting a moving truck from this Penske location. The staff were super friendly and got me set up quickly — no hassle, no delays. Just a heads-up: this spot is a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away on a dead-end road off Cross Pointe Way. Make sure to double-check your GPS! Once you’re there, everything runs like clockwork. The moving truck was clean, reliable, and perfect for the job. Would definitely rent from here again!”

“I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. I needed a small truck and The walk-in registration process was quick and easy. They had plenty of trucks available in inventory, so I was able to get exactly what I needed as a walk-in (on a Wednesday morning near end of the month). The truck I had had a backup camera within the rear view mirror which was helpful. I was also able to get a hand dolly for $7. The representative was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The truck was decent on gas for a v8. I drove 42 miles and only needed to put in about $7 worth of gas (at about $2.80/gallon) to get tank back to where it started out. It also had two 12 volt accessory outlets and a 120 volt AC prong outlet. Drop-off was just as smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental!”
“Technology is advancing so rapidly that I couldn't quite keep up with the mobile-based procedures, but I am very grateful to the staff member who treated me so kindly. Although I had handled the process online beforehand, I hadn't uploaded my driver's license since it was listed as optional; at the office, I had to take a photo and send it via text message, which I struggled to do. It would probably be best for other customers—especially older ones—to upload everything from home before visiting.”
