Called A and E and they answered before they were even open for the day and agreed to look at our car the same afternoon. Eric was so friendly, fast and honest. He gave us the reassurance we needed to get back home. We were so impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend. It also says a lot about this sweet town and the people who live here.”

“This place is great! I went to a couple places who couldn’t get my tires to seat on my new wheels. I called Roland and Matt assured me they would do whatever it takes to make it happen. I dropped my truck off and less than a couple hours later Matt called me up and said “You’re all set we got them on”. I was so happy and they said it wasn’t a big deal at all. The whole staff is knowledgeable and professional and have absolutely made a customer for life and I will forever recommend these guys for anything you need done. “A friend and I have just recently started using Moss after seeing recommendations and looking at the reviews. They are well established (if memory is correct over 25 years) and reviews speak very highly of them. In my experience they are thorough and understanding. Instead of pushing for me to continue repairing a 17 year old vehicle (like the old place did) they were honest and said it might be time to look in to a newer vehicle. My friend also had a great experience and says that she will go no where else from now on. I will be doing the same and have already been referring people to them.”

He drove it and identified that it was the converter that has just been replaced weeks earlier and recommended returning to mechanic who did the work instead of attempting to get work for himself. “Twice this week my car would not start due to a dead battery. I had purchases the battery in March of this year with a 36 month warranty. When I was able to jump it off and return to the store, they tested and said the battery was ok - maybe something was drawing down the power. So, I called two Ford dealerships and was told by both locations it would be 3 weeks before I could get a service appointment. I then called Shottenkirk, spoke to John in their service department, and found someone willing to assist me that day. He encouraged me to bring the car in and they would do their best to look into the problem and get it back to me by Friday - two days before Christmas. I drove the car to Jasper within the hour and was assisted by Rocky, another service rep. He also was very accommodating and said he would call once a diagnosis was determined. He called me today and advised it was a defective battery. They tested it and found it would not hold a charge. All the assistance they gave me as a first time customer was free - no charge for anything. ABSOLUTELY the best Customer Service I have received at a dealership EVER. I highly recommend their dealership service department.”
