“Year 2019 February is presidents day on a Monday. Federal agencies can choose to not be open on that day. The county marshall was working that day. Sometimes not even schools or the banks are open on presidents day. This post office had everything I needed the next day after presidents day.”

She took a lot of time out of her already busy day to help me resolve an issue with a shipment delivered to the wrong address.
