“The team at American LubeFast always gives great service, friendly smiles, and all without constantly upselling unnecessary services. Kudos to James and his crew for years of stellar service.”

“If you’re an out-of-towner and need something done for your car or truck, I would definitely recommend. I have an OBD 1 truck that for the life of me I couldn’t get the codes to read due to its age. Jack’s Service Center treated me right and exemplified good customer service. It appeared very busy but well organized and the service staff was very nice.”

“Fantastic customer service. Answered all my questions. Even did a diagnostic for me. From the manager to the garage staff very knowledgeable and happy to be at work. Great atmosphere. I will return for sure. They didn't have my size tire but had it delivered by the next morning.”

“I ordered 2 new tires online and had them shipped to the Walmart in Thomasville GA. Also scheduled installation of the tires for 9am Tuesday morning. I arrived at the store a little earlier than my 9am appointment time and checked in at the service desk. My car sat in the parking space until 9:37, when a technician finally pulled it into the work bay. The installation of the tires was timely after the initial delay. The travel home found the new tires well balanced and a smooth ride! My appointment was scheduled 5 days ahead of time so I felt like the 937 time of finally getting into the shop was a bit long and uncalled for as they were not that busy. I hope that i receive better service from the tires !”
