“Absolutely awesome. I recently purchased a battery back in March and it ended up being a bad battery and I went back to them yesterday 6/16/26 and they checked it and replaced it with no problem. They really are great at their job and customer service is top notch.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer of Battery Source for years, and my experiences have always been exceptional, especially thanks to Eric at the South Mobile location. I’ve purchased multiple golf carts through him, and every time, the process has been seamless. He takes the time to explain every option, making sure I get exactly what I need without any pressure. Beyond the sale, the service has been outstanding. Eric is always available if I have questions or need help, and he genuinely cares about his customers. I’ve had moments where I needed troubleshooting advice, and he’s never hesitated to help—even after hours. That level of dedication is hard to find! Battery Source as a company clearly prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for carts, batteries, or service. If you’re looking for reliability, great products, and top-tier customer care, I highly recommend them!”
