Incompetent associates.
After telling Morgan the details of what I wanted 4 times. The order was still wrong, and it took twice as long to receive it, than what I was told by her. Then I was told that I would have to ship the order back, and pay the restocking fee, for the associate placing the wrong order.Then after talking to a customer representative on the phone, it was a wasted hour to get absolutely no resolve. Verizon customer service has become a joke.
In this particular store, there is one...ONE associate that is head and shoulders above the rest. Never fails to impress and go well above and beyond. Mark is very good at his job. Being friendly, and knowledgeable. Always going the extra mile to make sure everything is done right.

Absolute worst customer service. Every time I go there, it's the worst and I go there at 9 o'clock this morning, doesn't even open. I still 915 making myself late for work had to leave cause they didn't open yet by some sort of miracle, I had to come back to that plaza at 11 o'clock appointment anyways I go by there just to drop it off or we'll get with you. 20 minutes later, I'm still standing there. Just as wanna drop off metabolic to get fixed, that's it. Need to speak with anyone. Just think drop it off. We'll get back to you like. It's all they have a say to you. And then they ignore you maybe opened app on time. People wouldn't be so aggravated when they get there the second time

Verizon as a whole is a terrible organization! 3-5 business days for their subordinate company to replace a phone! pathetic service!

Lynn was a great associate. He made the process of getting a new phone very smooth. He also was tremendous help when there was an issue with messaging.
