I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just don't have room to stock everything that comes in. Everytime I've gone there are boxes and boxes of merchandise needing to be put on shelves. It's a bit of a maze at times to venture through the aisles.

This store is a complete disaster.! Every aisle is blocked with tons of boxes and shelves are such a mess. Fire Hazard for sure.!

This store use to be so clean, stocked, and organized. The young man that has waited on me smelled like weed and does not know how to count money And is very rude. I tried to call the store to talk to the manager that was there Sunday morning but they would never answer the phone. The store is so nast. I took pictures Sunday. No other Dollar store looks like that. Unpacked boxes everywhere and I mean everywhere. The floors have not been mopped in many months Bring back the people that worked there 7 months ago because whoever they were had the store stocked and clean. They need to do better.

I walked into the store yesterday. As soon as I walked in, I smelled a strong odor of marijuana. As I'm shopping, I notice the place is a wreck! Trash and items on the floor. I go to check out and the cashier has 6 people in her lane and she's on her phone texting. This place needs be cleaned up, starting with getting new employees!

I went into this location today and could not get any help. There’s a short black lady with a low fade who works here and she has the WORST customer service. I believe she’s a manager. Not Ms. Toya. But this other manager I mean she has “DONT ASK ME FOR NOTHING “ written all over her face. That’s not what gets me. What gets me is she’s mad that she had to come jump on the register and as soon as she starts, she starts to talk about a “customer” with this older guy.I hope there’s some type of customer service training classes being offered because being mad that YOU have to do YOUR job is INSANE. -Mr. Sister Girl

I am here to say the truth they have great customer service and do an great job but the floor it sometimes nasty or dirty and open ting in the store and food wise it is some goods but some is mold or freezer burnt

Very messy store, shelves not stocked, items everywhere in random places, and the real kicker is they took 50 dollars from me for 1 25 dollar item. During the shift before closing a woman checked me out and scanned my playstation gift card then sat it next to her, never placing it in the bag. I didn’t realize she hadn’t put it in there until I had arrived home and it was too late to go back. I come back the next day after calling and verifying I could get another card, but the lady at the register listens to me explain the situation, and charges me again. So now, I have spent 50 dollars and received one 25 dollar gift card. 2 days later my dad comes to the store to get the money back and get a refund, but the manager just tells him theres nothing he can do because he couldn’t find the card in the store. Ridiculous. Scammed out of 25 dollars. In this economy, I need all the money I can get.
