“My first encounter with the staff (at the Jiffy Lube on Eisenhower Drive) was great and has kept me coming back faithfully anytime I’ve needed an oil change. Every time I am in need of services, the staff there have always been helpful and work to make sure you’re able to get in and out in a timely manner.
If you’re ever there, ask for Sid cause he’s going to look out for you!! He’s got great customer service skills and will help educate you if needed. Oil changes are less intimidating because of the awesome staff at this location and I’m glad to have found my go-to place!”

“A good experience, this time I go there mainly to do my vehicle maintenance. I was planning gonna wait in the store until the maintenance was done. But because it takes about four hours the staff help us call uber to home and wait. After the completion of maintenance also called me Uber in time to let me pick up the vehicle. All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience!”

“I recently purchased a used Jaguar XK convertible and was recommended to bring it to the foremost Jag expert Mr. Reggie to review the car and advise anything he considered needed attention. Well he didn’t disappoint he knew everything about my car and within a hour I had a video of his findings and recommendations. I told Reggie to fix everything and expected the car to be there for at least a week but somehow (and to my astonishment) it was finished the next day! and Reggie sent me a complete video detailing all the work he had done and the old parts. I also really appreciated Maria in the front office keeping me updated with text messages. My cat is now purring and if you need car work go see Reggie and Maria who will treat you with respect and do it right the first time.”

“I had blown three tires on a dual axle boat trailer doing a long distance haul. I was about 40 minutes away from Savannah and a tire shop recommended B&B. I called and they were able to immediately send out a mobile service truck. Both the dispatcher and the technician that came out were polite, knowledgeable and very communicative. Technician found a seized caliper, bypassed it, checked out all the rest of the brakes and axles, filled and checked brake fluid and tire air pressure around all four tires. Was incredibly pleased with the service. Got me all the way to my final destination. Not sure what I would have done without them! Thanks. Especially to Cody the technician!”

“We called J & N Tire service on a Sat moring to service a tire on a 40' motorhome with a leaking valve stem on the inner dual located in Okatie SC. Our road service refused to repir problem without towing the unit to a tire shop or replace the tire at our site. J & N was on site in less than an hour on Saturday AM. They removed weels, broke dow tire, replaced the valve stem, and reinstalled wheels at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you!”
