Thunderbolt Marine Inc. is a highly recommended marina on the ICW, known for its exceptional service and hospitality. The staff, including the dock master and harbor master, are consistently described as outstanding, friendly, professional, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. They work hard to serve every customer, from initial contact to departure, and will go out of their way to assist with needs like repairs or dock space. The facilities are good and clean, featuring shower rooms, a launderette with hot water and affordable rates, and very good water. Amenities include diesel fuel, free WiFi, and a valuable loaner car for groceries and errands. Its location is convenient, within walking distance of a marine store and seafood restaurants, and a short drive from the Savannah riverfront. It is a friendly, personable, and professional stop where boaters enjoy a great sense of community.
Today, during my new boat survey and sea trial, we pulled our boat out at Thunderbolt, and it was a great experience. And Rick from Thunderbolt was more than professional, and I highly recommend them. If you have a larger boat, more than 50 feet, these are the guys to go to.

Clean place. They have all the marine services you can imagine. James at the docks was very helpful. One of the best on the ICW.
