This is my first time leasing from a storage facility, and I am very pleased with my choice so far. Upon entering, I was greeted with professionalism and a friendly smile from Tasha, the Property Manager at the 218 Eisenhower Dr. location. She took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had before moving forward. When I was ready, the entire process moved quickly, and I was out the door in no time.
It’s evident that the area is secure, well-monitored, and kept clean, whether you drive by, enter her office, or take a tour of the grounds with her. NSA Storage is well represented by having Tasha as their property manager.
I look forward to continuing to use the facility as needed.”

Both Chad and Richard have been extremely helpful, assisting me with transferring my property to a smaller unit as I prepare for a move back to the West Coast. “I recently moved out of a large climate controlled unit that I had rented for about two years while selling our house and buying a new one. Thunderbolt storage was a convenient location for me and my entire experience renting there was exceptional. I was always able to easily access the unit. Even if several people were there at the same time, everyone was always considerate of one another so a crowd was never an issue. There were always carts available for moving items in or out. The climate controlled unit was always very comfortable and I really felt like I was getting what I paid for. The entire office staff were always so kind, helpful, and available if I ever needed anything at all. They all have a great and easy going attitude ALL OF THE TIME :) David was usually easy to find if the office was closed and he was equally as kind and helpful as the office staff. I would highly recommend Thunderbolt Storage above anywhere else. Nothing else compares to the quality and care.”

“Absolutely the greatest experience. Climate controlled, so the heat and humidity won't affect belongings. Very clean facility. Elevators if your unit is upstairs. Wheeled flatbed carts available to help get belongings from your vehicle to your unit. Gate entry code to enter that is specific to you. You need to provide your own lock, which I preferred. On site management, which is also a plus for security purposes. Very reasonable rates for climate controlled units.
If I could give 10 ☆'s, I would. Highly highly recommend.”
