“This is my first experience with using a storage company. I went to another life storage that was not half as nice as this one. That one was mostly non-climate controlled and had rat and mouse traps in front of every unit. I was totally skeeved out by that. I was thinking I never want to go in the dark and worry about rats and mice coming out at me. So I gave the company another try and found life storage which was climate controlled It almost looks like a motel from the outside. Kayla was very helpful. It’s kind of a weird system that you have to order your unit online but there was only one other computer and they were busy helping someone else. I also said they could not print any of my documents because they would have to charge me.Still, I managed to get a 5x10 unit for a fairly decent price and it’s super clean. I went by myself this morning and there was no one there (so a little bit of a Creepy feeling as a woman) , but I felt fairly safe that you needed a code to get in and it was well lit and no evidence of any pests.Paying a little extra for climate control in this GA heat is well worth a cost for your peace of mind and for your belongings. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. I do wish they had more carts though as Kayla mentioned that there would be 3 in the front and they were only two there and I was the only person there…”
