“I went in for some last-minute shenanigans that life tends to throw my way, and Tasha was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, gave me an awesome tour of the property, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. She even offered me water while we discussed my needs, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What really stood out to me was how patient, attentive, and helpful she was. She made sure I understood everything, listened to what I was looking for, and went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Chad in particular went far above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions. I had a somewhat complicated situation involving a storage unit connected to a property I owned in Savannah, and he took the time to walk me through my options, explain the process clearly, and help coordinate access while I was out of town. He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, trustworthy, and kind throughout the entire process.
What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was being treated as just another storage customer. Chad actually tried to understand the situation and find a solution, and everything was handled professionally with zero issues. Everyone else I interacted with at the facility was friendly and helpful as well.

Throughout this entire period, our charitable organisation, The Soul of Ukraine Foundation, Inc., has leased its largest unit — Unit 198 — and at no point have we had cause to question our choice. The professionalism, reliability, and consistency of service have remained exemplary.

“Absolutely the greatest experience. Climate controlled, so the heat and humidity won't affect belongings. Very clean facility. Elevators if your unit is upstairs. Wheeled flatbed carts available to help get belongings from your vehicle to your unit. Gate entry code to enter that is specific to you. You need to provide your own lock, which I preferred. On site management, which is also a plus for security purposes. Very reasonable rates for climate controlled units.
If I could give 10 ☆'s, I would. Highly highly recommend.”
