The associate was wonderful and very professional, quickly bringing my items—a 3/8-in Drive Click Torque Wrench and a 55-piece metric and standard (SAE) mechanics tool set—out to my car. The service was smooth and efficient. I thanked her, and she wished me a Happy New Year, which was a really nice touch. ?

“We got a few appliances from Aaron’s about 2 months ago. The refrigerator starting acting up a couple weeks ago. We contacted Aaron’s and they sent someone to look at it as soon as it was convenient for me. And then replaced the refrigerator with no issue. They were here right when they said they would be even though I live pretty far out in the country. The 2 guys they sent to replace it were professional and polite not to mention quick and made it look easy to replace. And were very careful working around in my small house. I couldn’t ask for better attitudes or customer service. Thank you guys”
