“We got a few appliances from Aaron’s about 2 months ago. The refrigerator starting acting up a couple weeks ago. We contacted Aaron’s and they sent someone to look at it as soon as it was convenient for me. And then replaced the refrigerator with no issue. They were here right when they said they would be even though I live pretty far out in the country. The 2 guys they sent to replace it were professional and polite not to mention quick and made it look easy to replace. And were very careful working around in my small house. I couldn’t ask for better attitudes or customer service. Thank you guys”

“So far, I was only in there for about 30 minutes and the only reason why I took that long was because of me because I didn’t have everything together, but I would like to say that both of the workers that were there today were excellent. I was able to get the phone I wanted.Also great customer service for both. My sales manager was Uelo De Paz, he was very mature , respectful including the other sales representative (I’m sorry i wish I would’ve gotten his name as well). He even continued to ask if I needed additional help because I wasn’t leaving the counter, and he just wanted to make sure I was okay with my phone. 10/10 love. Also I did not receive a survey text to my phone I would like to do that as well please and thank you! ❤️”
