“I have been going to this store for years. It is just a convenience store but what makes it so great is the people that run it. They are nice and friendly and they still believe people are good people. They have all the convenience store stuff (food, drinks, coffee, beer, tobacco, etc.) but they also have nonethanol gas. This location is wrong on here though. It is at 1101 King Rd. now. They moved to a bigger location.”

“Great place. Customer service is off the charts. I assume it's because I frequently patronize the store, but whenever I need help carrying items to my truck,. They always come from around a corner to offer the needed but too proud to ask assistance. Despite its location at a four-way intersection that generates heavy traffic during the US 5-day work week and peak traffic hours, the station is consistently clean. Plus, the store items are priced at the Tift County norms. The gas pumps take credit cards and offer receipts. They have a tire air pump and shares it's location with a few other store franchises and a chiropractic facility. It sits in range of over a dozen high use locations including the Waffle House, Affinity Clinic, Dollar General, Friendly Pharmacy, Ace Hardware just to name a few. An alcohol and beer drive-through store is located diagonally across from the gas station entrance. Everything you could possibly need can be found within three minutes or less of Pepi's gas station.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
