“I've never been to an Ollie's before. It was similar to many other types of bargain stores. The only complaint I really had was the checkout process. I was talking to several people in line and there's always a line of like 15 to 20 people with maybe one or two cashiers. It was a really long wait just for a couple of items from my mother in rehab center for her memory. But other than that it was a nice store with decent prices and a great selection. I just I would definitely say they need to be a little more alert to customer service and checking people out. They could probably get more sales that way.”
“Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to find what I stopped in Dollar General to grab and go. Whether it is a quick in and out trip or a longer shopping trip that brought me in any given day, I typically don't run into any issues. When I have questions they are usually answered. Check out is always quick and easy.”
“I went there last week to buy my puppy some stuff when the employees cornered me and showed me a Facebook picture of me from 3 or more years ago asking if it was me. When i said yes they told me a guy had calmed i was shoplifting the prior week before, therefore I needed to leave or the police would be called.. Mad ex boyfriend perhaps?? I Was NOT stealing that day nor the week before or any other time for that matter and to kick me out without any video proof is ridiculous too me. I was treated like a criminal without a chance to prove my innocence. How can you go off of someone else's word without looking at the cctv? Im banded from this location and it's under false pretenses and i demand respect and i will be contacting Corp. Office to view CCTV because I'm no thief and the disrespect the employees showed me was disgusting and immature and unprofessional.”
“When you dont feel like some days being in the crowd at the grocery store after work to pick up items stop in they carry alot of grocery items as well as other items you might need. The employees are always friendly and willing to help you find what you need. The prices are competitive to other stores.”

“I went for the $5 bag clothing sale on Saturday and had a great experience. There is a very nice variety of clothing for women, men, kids, and babies. I was able to find really nice shirts in excellent condition. There is also a nice variety of household items and cookware. The owner is very professional and has great customer service skills!”
