“Getting my new phone from Russell Cellular was a wonderful experience. They went out of their way to help with the transition and explained everything I needed to know about using my new phone.”

“Amazing experience! Gabriel and Maxwell were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Maxwell even entertained my family and put on a special show for my toddler and allowed him to sing on the karaoke machine. I was able to shop, laugh, and handle business in one stop. Customer service at this location is top notch!!!”

“Sam and BG were the best sales people that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. They gave us the best options. They told us exactly how we would handle everything concerning our phones. They gave us the best deal with the best prices. We left today with 3 phones and 3 new lines. 2 Google pixels and 1 iPhone. So thankful that we come to the T Mobile store in Tifton.”

“So far, I was only in there for about 30 minutes and the only reason why I took that long was because of me because I didn’t have everything together, but I would like to say that both of the workers that were there today were excellent. I was able to get the phone I wanted. Also great customer service for both. My sales manager was Uelo De Paz, he was very mature , respectful including the other sales representative (I’m sorry i wish I would’ve gotten his name as well). He even continued to ask if I needed additional help because I wasn’t leaving the counter, and he just wanted to make sure I was okay with my phone. 10/10 love. Also I did not receive a survey text to my phone I would like to do that as well please and thank you! ❤️”

“I don't remember the managers name but she's AWESOME AWESOME. She walked me through each step to ensure my mom got a good phone at a good price. She didn't try to "sell" me anything but was genuinely helping me. If I could give 100 stars I would!”

“I want to give a shout out to JAMES! He was working Saturday night (answering the phone). I had been to another local WalMart store where the customer service stunk! (So bad will never go back). This young man went out of his way to help and answer ALL our questions. PLEASE everyone working at the store and visiting the store - ask for James and give him a pat on the back for me!”
