“If there is something they sell but they don’t have it in store just show it to them from the website and they can order everything even at the discounted price. Shipping takes 1-3 days and boom you got the outfit or shoes you really wanted. The manager is a sneaker head so she is super helpful with shoe drops. This is my favorite Hibbett’s store. The one in the mall has more urban clothing. The one by big lots is more tailored to sports clothes.”
“Meesha went above and beyond last night with her customer service skills. I had a purse and one of its handles came unscrewed on one side and I asked her to unscrew the other side to make it even. I asked her because she had such a nice personality. She said yes and got the job done. She really made my day! She was also really fast ringing up my friend’s shoes! Thank you so much!!”

“My experience at Hibbett in Tifton on South Virginia Avenue was a great one! My son had his heart set on a particular pair of cleats. The young man helping me (I cannot remember his name) was so helpful. He even found the shoes we were looking for that weren't even displayed. He helped him try them on and made sure they fit. He was very patient and kind. The cashier was also very helpful and friendly.”
