“Excellent work in a timely manner! They repaired my son's car after an incident with an animal. I dealt with another shop previously for a different vehicle, and they took over 7 months and did terrible work. It was a nightmare. We will definitely use Haddock again if needed (Hopefully, we won't need it) HIGHLY RECOMMEND HADDOCK!”

“Today I waited 3 hours for AAA because my car wouldn't start. As soon as they jumped my battery I headed to Toccoa Chevrolet and they quickly installed a new battery for me. I appreciate their fast efficient service and their friendly staff.”

“Outstanding customer service from Jake at the Toccoa Location! He went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed and make sure everything was handled right on the spot. It's rare to get this level of attentive service. Highly recommend seeing Jake if you need assistance! 10/10”

“I am 200 miles from home and my alternator went bad. Elaine at the Taccoa location felt a little of my frustration while testing my vehicle. She always had a smile and offered the stores hand tools to assist me in replacing the alternator in their side parking lot. She was very helpful. In this day and time she is a rarity when it comes to customer service. She is a true professional. Thank you .”

“Stopped in this afternoon because my battery kept dieing and wasn't sure if it was the battery or alternator. Dennis was glad to help me with that. Kind, courteous and professional was his nature and I told him that my finances were limited. He gave me what I could afford and was honest about the durability of the battery. Also, seeing that I was handicapped, he graciously removed and installed the new battery for me. Thanks a bunch !”
