“It's simple.... Every time im n a pickle with my car i call around looking for whatever part/s I may need to fix my ride. Mr.Jimmy knows exactly what part n where to get it n i mean fast too. A few months ago i needed to replace the rod bearings. So l call the major parts store they either couldn't get the part or it would be a week n the price was outta my budget. I stopped by Crawford Auto parts. Mr . Jimmy had my parts the next morning plus the price was well within my budget. Most of my Auto parts business will belong to Parts City Auto Parts.”

“I had a sidewall blow out on my wife's van. Toccoa Tire didn't have a new tire my size in stock, but offered to order me one. I had a trip that afternoon and needed something immediately. They had a used tire in stock and it was just what I needed. It is less than a year old with excellent tread depth. I just needed a tire to get me a few months until the other three got nearer to replacement. Instead, I got a nearly new tire. The service was great. The price was about 15% of what a new tire would have run me. Finally, from the time I turned over the keys, they got me back on the road in 17 minutes. You can't beat that. Highly recommend.”
