There were instructions at the top too and we explained that, but she was so rude and ignored us and then crossed out a lot of lines on the papers (it explicitly said DO NOT cross out any lines or documents will be voided). Turned what has already been a long process with insurance into an even longer one.

We had somebody call us from the Big A location and she was super sweet about the situation and even offered to pay for any charges we may have had while redoing the documents and going to the courthouse!
