“Well don’t go here(Mize rd location) to get anything notarized. There were instructions at the top too and we explained that, but she was so rude and ignored us and then crossed out a lot of lines on the papers (it explicitly said DO NOT cross out any lines or documents will be voided). Turned what has already been a long process with insurance into an even longer one.
We had somebody call us from the Big A location and she was super sweet about the situation and even offered to pay for any charges we may have had while redoing the documents and going to the courthouse! I’ve been using the Big A location since they opened and never had a bad experience there, but they didn’t have a notary that day we went to the other location unfortunately.”
