“Autoglo was absolutely amazing!
I was initially frustrated with my insurance process, as I learned the hard way that there are not a large number of collision repair shops that are certified to work on electric vehicles. USAA finally found AutoGlo and I was initially hesitant as I had run into rejection after rejection with trying to get my car repaired. Jared was my service advisor throughout my repair and reassured me that they were able and qualified and were even currently working on EVs when I dropped my car off. Jared and the rest of the team were very communicative for the duration of the repair and were very responsive and always patient with my questions. My car looks as good as new and I’m so grateful that they took such good care of my car. I cannot recommend AutoGlo and their service enough!”

“David, Darryl and DeWarren were awesome. I went here when it was Valvoline and was hesitant to return because I have had bad experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past. David explained to me that it was Not the same Jiffy Lube and they went with the name because there was confusion with the express care name attached to Valvoline. Phew.
Anyway, all three gentlemen were polite, Helpful with my questions, and knowledgeable. It’s always a very easy visit and you’re usually out in 15 minutes. Definitely check these guys out.”

“My BMW repair consisted of repair and oil change. Unsure if they topped my coolant off I didn’t know nor did I request it originally. Time of repair took only 1 day and was completed before original time of completion. Drop off 9 am 3/11 picked up 3/12 3:35 pm so far no issues from repair.”

“Josae was great he responded to my call and set up the appointment within an hour and a half. He even offered me to bring my own parts to save some money. I let him choose the parts because his price was very reasonable half of what some mechanics wanted for front brakes and rotors $337 total. When I got to his business he finished up what he was doing and got right onto my car and I was out of there within an hour. Very friendly and I would highly recommend him.Service: Brakes”

“I am thankful to have heard about these guys. I have been relying on Leonard and Mike for 2 years now and they've always come through for me. I was an auto tech myself for for awhile back in the late 90's, early 2000's and though I didn't stick around for a career I am knowledgeable enough that I did all of my own repairs at home until I sold my home. I was blessed to be told about this family-owned business and the service provided by them is stellar. I live very close by and only have one vehicle right now, so I drop it in the morning and they run me home, call with repair quote and turn it around by the evening, even when they have to send it out for special service after they finish such as an alignment etc. They've never promised something they didn't deliver and they even convinced me not to repair something I had asked for and they turned out to be correct. Honest, reliable, affordable and providing nearby shuttle service. I trust them to the point now I don't even question their diagnosis or prices I give them blind approval on anything they feel is required. These guys are a rarity these days and are fast becoming the official repair shop of my small church. Good service gets around. Thank you.”
