“Great sanctuary to worship. Been to this Church several times over the last 15 years and have been blessed. Feeling of a peaceful serenity and happiness is what have always felt. Has a diverse congregation and a great Church community to be part of.”
“I really enjoyed United Church this Easter Sunday! I was greeted by my name and hugged by the two young ladies at the door ☺️ my first meet and greet was by the parking attendant. I forgot your name but your smile and anointing was definitely appreciated.
It’s all about what’s inside the building! It was completely new and beautiful! What a lovely surprise! Thank you for an uplifting service. There is a Very powerful youth ministry in this Community Church!”
“One of the more welcoming Church's in the area. A little over a month ago I first visited in my search for a Church in my area. This one out of the 5 I visited stood out.
First, the Preacher saw me on entering and made a point of welcoming me, the other 5 I felt like no one even knew I was even there.
Second, every Sunday including that one some of the members stopped to say hi and welcome me.
If your looking for a Church give this one a try, it may not be for everyone but you may find like me that it feels more like a family than others have.”
“Si estás buscando un lugar donde se mueva el poder de Dios y su Santo Espíritu con Gran Poder ? Este es el lugar que estás buscando!!! Te Estamos Esperando…. Dios te bendiga”
“This was my first time visiting Victory, and overall, I really enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I could definitely feel a strong sense of community among the members. The message was inspiring, and the worship experience was uplifting — I can tell this is a place that truly values faith and connection.
I didn’t realize that children aren’t allowed in the main sanctuary, so my son and I were directed to the family sanctuary instead. He usually does very well during services at other churches we’ve attended, so it caught me a little off guard. One usher came across a bit rude when I opened the door after service had already begun, telling me I needed to go to the chapel. Thankfully, another usher took the time to kindly explain how Victory operates when it comes to families and where we could sit together. I really appreciated that clarification and their understanding.
Despite that small misunderstanding, I still had a great experience and felt spiritually encouraged. I definitely plan to visit again — now that I understand the setup better, I’m looking forward to being able to enjoy the service more fully next time.”
“Last year, I had the blessing of visiting the beautiful BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Lilburn, near Atlanta, with my wife, my son Arnav, and my dear friend Praveen. It was not just a visit to a temple — it was a deeply peaceful and spiritual experience that touched our hearts.
As we approached the mandir, the first sight of its magnificent white marble structure left us speechless. The intricate carvings, detailed pillars, and grand domes reflected incredible craftsmanship and devotion. Arnav was amazed by the beauty of the architecture, asking curious questions about how such detailed carvings were even possible. Watching him explore the temple with wonder made the visit even more meaningful for us.
The atmosphere inside was calm, pure, and spiritually uplifting. The peaceful chants and the fragrance of incense created a sense of serenity that instantly slowed down our busy minds. Standing together as a family in prayer felt powerful and grounding. It reminded us of the importance of faith, gratitude, and togetherness.
Praveen and I spent some time admiring the artwork and discussing the history and values of the Swaminarayan tradition. The temple is not only a place of worship but also a symbol of culture, discipline, and community. The volunteers and staff were extremely polite and welcoming, guiding visitors with warmth and respect.
Walking around the beautifully maintained grounds, taking family photos, and simply soaking in the peaceful environment made the day truly special. The clean surroundings and organized premises reflected the dedication behind maintaining such a sacred space.
Our visit to the Swaminarayan Temple in Lilburn was more than sightseeing — it was a soulful family moment filled with devotion, admiration, and gratitude. Sharing that spiritual experience with my wife, Arnav, and Praveen made it unforgettable, and it remains one of our most cherished memories from our time in the United States.”
“The one true Church of Christ. That doesn’t mean its members are perfect, but it does mean it’s the only place you’ll find priesthood authority, ordinances, and clear teaching of important truths that have been lost in mainstream Christianity.”
“I attended a lovely funeral service for a friend's mother at this classic, old school, traditional, southern church. I was impressed with their progressive atmosphere as a senior woman officiated the service. She was engaging, funny and had a charming southern voice. I had never visited this church before, but the community that surrounded the family of the deceased spoke well for the spirit of this UMC. I am happy for the evident comraderie this church community seems to have.”
“After trying many, many churches. We decided to make Christ Fellowship Church our home. We have loved their biblical teaching that goes through an entire book of the Bible and a time and is always centered on Jesus. There are so many ways to get involved and meet some great people. And the kids ministry is top notch, I know every week my kids are well cared for.”
“I have had the blessing of attending this congregation for more than 10 years and since I arrived I have seen that the word of God is preached, the church does NOT adapt to what this generation offers or wants but its principles are based on what the scriptures say. So if you are looking for a true relationship with God it is the best place to congregate.”
“I walk in & My Savior is felt... The Holy Spirit is Alive and Well in THIS Church! Pastor James/Lisa Minor are very anointed and I LOVE this Church! Pastor James doesn't 'Cherry Pick or Preach/Teach gummy bear Christianity'!!!”
“Great preschool and MDO program. The teachers and environment are very warm and you have a lot more access and communication directly with the teachers compared to franchise schools/daycares. Total class sizes are also really small and the ratios are small as well. We unfortunately had to leave due to suddenly needing full time childcare but my boys still talk about their teachers and their “old school.” The hours are very limited for the 4 and under group, so may not work for a lot of families but if you just need a few hours a day then I highly recommend PCBC.”
“The Lord's House is a prayer answered!! The church and all the members are very welcoming, and full of faith, hope, and love. From the Old Testament to the New Testament, messages of encouragement are shared directly from the Word of God. The church is also passionate about encouraging the youth in Christ and during one of our first visits, our children were prayed for! This is a church filled by the Holy Spirit, with true Bible study and a Kingdom vision. In summary, the Lord's House Community Church is a treasure. We are extremely thankful to connect with an entire church that feels like family, and it is well worth the drive from West Cobb to Gwinnett County. We're grateful to have been told, "Welcome Home" and we're excited to see all that God will do through this blessing!”
“Back in 2005 and 2006 I was only there for the second grade and believe me I still talk about this to this here day and for the rest of my life This school isn’t always will be my best one and believe me I wish I never left. If it wasn’t for my mother when she took me away back to New York City believe me, I would’ve stayed OK and I can still remember some of my friends names, and one of my teachers names the first ones from my friends some full Names, and other ones just first names the first one though that is half is to be Sion, KAYLA Brooklyn I believe possibly Kenny, or Lenny, and now For the full names, Jerrod Cooper, Christopher Kiki, Christopher Dunlap, Marcus, Ryan, Jeremy, Ryan, Joshua Alvarado and then of course, my own self Joshua Henrique Navarro Outerbridge And last, but not least miss lamb, our old gym teacher, and thankfully when it comes to my very own photographic memory, I can still see the school inside and out, even though I haven’t seen the inside of it for years and sadly for years to come if I could, I would definitely find a way to alternate my past and still have the good friends and family members that I have met in the past and still know to this here day But thankfully, I still have my memories and including I can still remember the events that we had such as pumpkin, picking on the front lawn of the church going to the Atlanta zoo I believe on chartered Atlanta city buses career day, all of the big businesses vehicles Boiling eggs for Easter, and coloring them to picture day Bake sale yard sale in a picture with Santa Claus and my Most personal favorite every Friday we would all bring our money for pizza day and what I mean by that one the school would order pizza from various pizzerias any of them nearby I guess and believe me it was a grand time I am still to this your day I still miss it Including some of the most best grand friends I’ve ever had in my life, including All of the teachers, the assistant principal, the principal, including our class pets, because in my homeroom for the second grade my homeroom always sat right next to the third grade classroom and thankfully still like I said before when I say it again, when it comes to my photographic memory, see you Timothy‘s is the only school that I know of that has two homerooms per grade and our homeroom Had its self to fish tanks. Even one of them had its own little periscope that we can look inside of the fish tank with a little diver, looking at all of the fish, and I remember one year when our fish had died instead of flushing him down the toilet, like usual, we decided to bury him inside of our very own Saint Timothy‘s garden and I remember my first year and I was about to go to Saint Timothy‘s the day before I went I believe or it was the same day as it was the first day of school I remember watching channel 2 action news and they had showed that DeKalb County sheriffs had to respond to the school because a very big rain storm appeared the same night before the first day of school and it had hit in our very own softball field house a lightning bolt hit it and fried it and they showed that it was so badly damaged. The school had to terret down and then rebuild it. Believe me if I could I would definitely go right over there right now right this second, I just have my way with that exact same school that I call home and also my most very favorite memory, making spiritual station clubhouse from here on then and I hope to God forever and ever that Saint Timothy’s does not shut down as a school &/OR as a church all together 100% straight up and about without no doubt”
“Awesome house of the Lord!!! Me and my family have been here since 2015 and we have grown so much in the Lord. Pastor McCoy and his beautiful wife co-pastor Donnis Mccoy really have a heart for God's people. Small church family but serve the surrounding community in a big way!!! Love them!!!”
“Rev. Dr. David Alexander is the real deal!! If you're in Atlanta and seeking a New Thought community that is engaging and active as a community while also being active in Social Activism this community is highly recommended!!I love the new location and shared space with the Unitarian Church which is a beautiful campus with an amazing staff and minister!!”

“Our spiritual home for the last 4 years, there are so many good things to say about this community of believers. We love Decatur First, the congregation, the staff, and the vision to create the Beloved community.”
“This is a great place to grow in the Lord. The pastor is a prophetic, foundational word teaching leader. The worship walks you into the throne room, and most of all the people in this church are focused on, loving the Lord and walking with one another.”
“I love the fact that is not only called the church with helping hands....it actually is. and you can't get any better than this as far as its atmosphere of family. The worship experience is also a beautiful thing!?”

“This my place of Worship, Hopewell Missionary Baptist church. It is the greatest church in the state of Georgia to Praise and Worship the Lord our GOD.
Please come out on Sunday 10am and see for yourself. ?AMEN ?”
“The sweetest church community. You will be welcomed into the family from the moment you step in. Growing church with a fantastic Sunday school and children's ministry. You will deepen in your knowledge of the Word of God here. Traditional service with classic hymns often sung by choir.”
“Saint Andrews School has been an incredible blessing for our family. My neurodiverse son, now 4.5 years old, has been attending since he was just 1 year old, and my neurotypical 2.5-year-old has been there since she was 6 months old. From the very beginning, the care, love, and dedication of the staff have exceeded every expectation.
Lonnette Bruce, the director, and Sharon Gundy, the assistant director, are the absolute best. They treat every child as if they were their own, providing the kind of nurturing environment that every parent dreams of. I trust them wholeheartedly, and I can honestly say I would trust them with my children’s lives.
The entire staff is simply amazing. Each teacher and team member goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. What truly sets Saint Andrews apart is its commitment to an inclusive environment.
The school’s focus on inclusion benefits all children—those with special needs and those without—teaching them empathy, cooperation, and the beauty of diversity from an early age.
Saint Andrews consistently puts the children first in everything they do. Whether it’s creating a safe and stimulating environment, fostering strong social connections, or supporting individual growth, this school excels in every way. It’s not just a school—it’s a family, and we feel so fortunate to be a part of it.
If you’re looking for a place where your child will thrive, be loved, and truly be seen for who they are, I can’t recommend Saint Andrews School highly enough. It’s the best decision we’ve ever made for our children!”
