“I went to get new fajas and the lady was very helpful. I'm still transitioning to a smaller waistline and it's difficult for me to properly measure exactly what size I need. The internet can only do but so much and can be frustrating to have to keep returning garments. When I arrived at the store and shared my dilemma, the customer service rep let me try on two sizes and I was able to determine which one fits best. I even got a special gift just for shopping there. “I was visiting Wing Stop and notice this store for the first time. I walked in and found a hidden gem in the Stone Mountain gwinnett side of town. My self and my wife was able to rack up ok cologne and perfume and to be honest most of the prices in the store is very reasonable and affordable. I spent almost $200 but well worth we will come back. The owner is an A+ all around guy. He greeted us talked with us and was honest about what looked good on us. “My experience at Sugarloaf Mills Mall on December 18, 2023 is one I'll never forget! I'm not always a review writing girl but if I had a phenomenal experience somewhere, I need to let Yelp know about it! My daughter and I were last minute shopping for a dress for her 18th birthday. We were pretty certain we'd find something at Windsor because we always do but on this day nothing was really jumping out at her. An employee by the name of NAYDELI assisted us with a fitting room, found out the occasion we were celebrating and asked if she could pick out some pieces for my daughter to try on. She did not miss!! My daughter looooved one of her picks and it was the one she ended up choosing! Naydeli was like a dress fairy whizzing back and forth! She was absolutely incredible and so attentive you would've thought we were the only ones in the store but she was also in multitasking beast mode! I mean from start to finish, hands down this young lady has the retail biz in a headlock! The best Windsor customer service experience EVER!! Service so good, I almost asked for her schedule just to make sure I only come when she's there lol! Thank you, Naydeli!! (Pronounced exactly the way it's spelled, get it right!).”

“Now, I've found some great things here. But this post is a beware about their luxury items. If you shop here, you know the regular items go down each month in price by 25%. But their luxury items DO NOT! Rightfully so you think right? Sure but not when the same item goes on sale at other stores. A pair of ASH boots, retail about $350, I found in Finders Keepers for $187. I came around the end of Oct. and the boots were there since August, so I thought okay about $90 bucks. It was not until I got to the register that I found out these were considered luxury. Luckily I held off bc if I bought, I would have been able to return for only the next 24 hours. I ended up finding the boots on the brand site for sale at $200 and on sale at Saks off Fifth for $90! While FK may not recheck the price, I think they should start doing so for luxury items considering their policy to never change the price. Otherwise it's not really an attractive offer when I can buy an item new for much cheaper. I tried to explain this to them and kinda dismissed my feedback.”

“For this store, one has to call the number displayed on the front door for the owner to come unlock and let you in. I went in there for some Ramadan shopping on a weekend afternoon. The owner was really kind and attentive, and what really stuck with me was how she truly took the time to get to know each customer and find pieces that you might like or be interested in. This kind of individualized attention is found in higher end boutiques, not mom and pop local shops. I loved it, and absolutely will be back to help support local businesses (and one badass owner who's doing it all on her own!)”

He never says anything when you walk up to the counter, barely interacts with customers only the older ladies that work there, and his phone etiquette is garbage so for that I had to retract a star because he messes up an otherwise great shopping experience.”
