Unfortunately, the gym has decided to sue me citing, " defendant breached approved / signed membership filing a false dispute claim with credit card company." This is false statement, and I am terribly shocked, especially that the owner identified as as a strong Christian believer.***Certainly, I do the same for my family and me; however, you want $1600 for services not rendered. Again, in my attempt to cancel services, you failed to act as you obviously did not want me to cancel. It is outrageous for you to attempt to obtain $1600 plus (for what????). Even if a contract were not involved - in your God consciousness, do you really feel it's okay to be paid $1600 for a services that was not performed? Please let that sink in. I will not go back and forth again. Further, this is a gym. It's cruel and absurd for you to inform customers what they can and cannot cancel for? Most common sense small business owners have a simple cancellation policy and that's it. As a Christian as well, admittedly and unfortunately, I understand why many are incredulous are those who coin themselves as Christians. It's these types of practices and greed that cause one and in this case to QUESTION your profession of faith.Next, the average consumer is NOT paying $1600 to any gym which is why I had several questions in the beginning.Be blessed, sir.

I've been training at this gym for almost a year and a half and amount of progress I've made is is amazing. It's an investment, but we'll worth it. Coaches are great, and we are like a family at this gym. Workouts can be excruciating, but you train at your own pace. We even have a stretch and nutrition coach! Whether you are trying to shape your body, increase your athletic ability, or improve your eating habits, this place is the COMPLETE package. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you are interested in learning more about CrossFit.

I have enjoyed my training experience with CF LID. Coaches/Trainers are wonderful b/c I can tell they care about me and my progress, not only in my fitness but in my Iife. If you truly want to change your perspective of life through physical fitness, I truly recommend this place. The coaches/trainers, health coaches, member service manager, and accountability coaches will hold you to a higher standard than what you might be used to from a regular global gym. But I promise you, after training with them for over 6 years, their programs work.

Wow! Nice WOD! I have "drop in" on many boxes across the country and CrossFit Lay It Down is one of the best. The way Coach Larry takes pride in his work is truly inspiring. I was blown away by the reception I received. Great Experience. Keep up the great work!

Known Coach Larry for years now, he's probably one of the best, if not the best crossfit coaches out there. Its quite a drive from where i live, but its worth it and i will be signing up to train with coach Larry again soon.

This place was my first experience with a Crossfit box and it was delightful. The coaches and staff are friendly and considerate. Really feels like a family. The coaches push you to your limits and I have been working out here for 4 years, not a single injury! They also offer lots of different workout classes like Group Fitness, Zumba, Tai Chi, etc. The staff also does a lot of classes on nutrition and healthy choices. All in all, a well-rounded gym!

The people makes this gym everything! When you are struggling to wrap your mind around your Fitness and nutrition goals, the coaches here really are encouraging and help you focus to make your path clear. The work outs are very challenging. Little by little you will see that you can do a little more and little more every week. I encourage anyone to push yourself, come and visit this gym. And see that you can do more than you ever thought! The best part is. You are not alone. The support is amazing!!

This place is great and you can tell they really care about their members. They not only offer CrossFit but also group fitness classes as well. I absolutely love the stretch and mobility class. I always sleep so well afterwards. I never thought I would want to do CrossFit, but have started the Fundamentals class this week and REALLY enjoy it. The CrossFit coaches are great at making sure your technique is correct (which is so important) and catering to the individual needs of each member based on their own experience and abilities. Highly recommend.

In the beginning of working out and working towards being fit I felt like I wasn't doing much to improve, after about 3 weeks with coach Larry, I have noticed that I am reaching my goals of endurance, strength and body definition. Not only are my fitness goals being met , my overall mindset has improved. Being pushed in my workouts has translated into my real life in a positive way. I 100% recommend this establishment as well as the staff and I hope your experience is as great as mine.

Anyone looking for a gym facility. I'd highly recommend before signing up with any other big company gym to check out LayIt Down Cross Fit per the staff and team is AWESOME. They go out the way MOTIVATE u which is a #1 for me to keep going and staying on track. This place is alot more reasonable then any other place you go to. Check them out and think twice before going else where.

I took my first group class at Lay It Down Fitness last night and I loved it! The Tai Chi instructor, Gene, is an excellent teacher. I have very strict criteria for choosing a place to exercise: the space feels warm and welcoming; the exercises are suitable to my fitness level; the class is small enough that it doesn't feel impersonal; there are others in the class who like me need to get in shape; the instructor is easy to understand and follow; and people of diverse cultures and colors are in the space with me. By the end of my class it was clear that all my criteria were met. Plus it can be a little intimidating as a 70-year-old woman to walk into a gym for the first time, but Coach Larry was so encouraging on the phone and made me feel like family from the moment I came through the door. I’m grateful to have found a place where I can pursue my fitness goals in an atmosphere that reflects the things I value.
