DICK'S Sporting Goods in TUCKER is a comprehensive store that caters to sports, exercise, outdoor, and officially licensed equipment needs. Customers appreciate the wide selection of products, including footwear, workout clothes, sports gear, camping equipment, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands. The store is known for its clean environment and minimal wait times, providing a smooth shopping experience. Staff members like Ben and Charice receive high praise for their helpfulness, knowledge, and friendly attitude. Ben stands out for assisting customers in finding hard-to-locate items, helping load products into cars, and offering patient, kind service, often going above and beyond. Charice is commended for her encouraging words and thorough assistance, especially for customers shopping for sports gear for their children. The store’s service quality is a highlight, with staff members showing great dedication. However, some customers note issues with the recent change in the tennis section, where the removal of boxes and the shift to a sample-only display causes delays and confusion, especially during busy times. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, with customers valuing the helpful staff and wide product range. Prices can be expensive, and deals are limited, but the store remains a popular choice for sports and outdoor enthusiasts.
The employees were friendly and helpful. Everyone had a positive attitude along with thanking me for shopping with them. This is always my go- to sporting goods store because it’s location, along with having what I need at the spur of the moment.
