I returned gym shoes that I ordered online, the clerk implied that I had worn them. I had not. They took them back and I purchased another pair. I didn't like the feeling that I got. I probably won't go back.

Worst experience ever employees treated us like trash. Wouldn't believe us that we didn't use the product we were returning. Manager needs to get new employees!

I must start by saying this experience doesn’t reflect all of my experiences at this store but this one left me feeling singled out, bullied and intimidated. Today I went to return some tents that carry a one year in store warranty. The screws become lose at times and if you don’t check them and tighten them occasionally they fail . Well that’s what happened it rained they fell out we couldn’t find the screws so I had to return them. I usually get a assurion warranty as well but Dicks customer service informed me sometime ago that their in store items carry a one year warranty. I came in the store and was greeted by the manager Todd who I was trying to tell my problem to but was immediately told theirs no warranty on the tents and if I’d opened it already their was nothing that could be done . I tried to explain to him I’d been there before and I could call customer service to inform him on the 1 year warranty but he didn’t want to hear me . I called them another manager explained to him store policy and he denied the request. I told him I’d been their before and he stated he never seen me in the 3 years he worked their but told the customer service manager that he has seen me before and he refuses to do it because I’ve done it before . That letting me know that he does know me and is mad because I know store policy . I shop at this store all the time and never cause anyone any harm . I’m light weight scared to go back in fear of being discriminated against again . Todd I didn’t come their to feel singled out or treated unfairly. The rules are the rules and I can no longer visit this location after the mistreatment I was just doing what the by laws say sir . The customer service manager told me to just visit another store because the guy won’t budge and must not like me . She also stated she expressed to him it’s policy and he refused. I visited another store and the return and exchange process went very smoothly. Again this is only a one single incident I’ve had pretty good visits my last 7 years going to that store . Also thank you to the other manager that tried talked to Todd at store 1247 Tucker G.a.

Greeted by the lone cashier that was working like crazy when I first walked in but that’s it. I was in the shoe area for a solid 10 minutes looking for a certain type of shoe and there were two employees just chatting it up at the border of the shoe section and never once acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed something. Very disappointing.

Great visit and experience today in the shoe department! Ben is phenomenal?
He was very helpful, as I came in to try on the HOKA sneakers. My intent was to purchase one pair, but Ben was able to locate another
/ different pair in my size as well, so I left with two pairs. He’s patient, knowledgeable and he served with kindness. Give him a promotion!!!!! Keep up the great work Ben- I’ll be back ?
This location has a great selection…. Very clean and zero wait in line.

Couldnt return a pair of unworn shoes that were bought 2 weeks ago but when looked at closer it was the design of the shoe and they still wouldn’t give me my refund for them hate the tucker location workers and the manager that couldn’t see an issue and still decided to not take the shoes back. They definitely need a performance evaluation. These two seem to think they are the return police.

Charice was so amazingly helpful. My daughter recently started volleyball and needed all the equipment and gear to make sure she can do her best. Not only did Charice give her encouraging words, she helped us find everything we needed. My heart is so happy with the customer service we received. 10 stars!!

The service was deplorable at this location - I was looking to buy OC shoes or Hokas - I asked someone for a size and the sales person showed me the system to get a shoe as if I was an idiot- I’ve never shopped there before. She was rude and nonchalant. They didn’t have the size and she said “if we had it, it would have been green here” and moved on. Whatever happened to salemanship? How about showing me another style that was in stock? How about asking me what I was looking for and attempting to help meet my needs as a customer? My husband was down another aisle when this happened and he asked another sales associate for a size in another shoe and was treated the same way - he walked over to me and said “ the customer service is awful”. The one saving grace was a gentleman was dreds who didn’t seem to mind helping - and we finally left with a pair of $170 shoes. If it had not been for the fact that I really needed a new pair of shoes for work I would have left. Getting to the register was another disaster as the checkout was slow and the cashier’s attitude was terrible. The store is stocked well and they have the right product but most of the team members that we encountered were a not suitable for their roles in customer service.

I really like that store but what I don't like is that they moved the tennis part, they removed all the boxes, they only have the samples and then they put some tablets and then you look for the tennis shoes that you want and then they bring them to you but when there are a lot of people there it takes a long time and they even get lost It's like a bad mood because a lot of people get together because you're waiting for them and before you were looking for them and you quickly found it ??♀️ and otherwise things are expensive and they have almost no offers and the few they have are also expensive offers ????
