“I love this shop, I come here every year to look at the items they have to give as gifts for people in my family. I love that they have local vendors they support, and all of the items they sell are quality. I also think it's awesome that they highlight just who their vendors are and what they do, it makes it feel more personal to their customers.”

They always have the best selection of candles, puzzles, cards, jewelry, and fun gifts for all sorts. They’re always updating their inventory and have weekly events too!”

“Yup, it's a box lunch, this location feels more cramped then it's sister stores in other malls across the state(s) but they do carry a large selection of items from toys to appeal to utensils like ramen bowls. Staff is very nice, store is very clean if not a little cramped, I wouldn't call it cluttered but everything is packed right into this store”

I loved this store! We stopped in while walking around the area and this place was so cute. The 2 men working there were very kind, and available for questions while sitting behind the counter. They gave off Older Married Couple vibes, but I won't say there were. The store goes back pretty far, like 2 or 3 rooms. Their Home section and Garden section were nicely separated. They have nice products that are made with goat cheese, as well as very cute magnetic Salt & Pepper shakers. We weren't spoken to when we left, but they were nice enough throughout our time in there, that that's okay.”

“They have a lot of varieties of Indian collect. Puja items, idols, decorations, religious items, ladies shoes, dress, make up, jewelry, etc., good collection of Home Mandirs. Price is reasonable compared to other stores. Friendly staff. Only thing is the stories too small to carry all the items there so it feels crowded.”

“12/20/2018 This may be my go-to store for cards & gifts. The phone number on the google search called the Pharmacy. I didn't catch the gentlemen's name but he was very pleasant when he found out I had the wrong department. He asked what I was looking for & transferred the call to Ms. Jackie who couldn't have been sweeter. She found what I was looking for & suggested that I pay over the phone (which I didn't think about), since I was going to come after work & with rush hour I would get there close to closing time. She said she'll probably be off work by then but I hope she's still there so I can tell her in person. Great bunch of employees Hallmark!”

But that's the thing with reviews sometimes...I can only speak to my experience but the customer service I received was far superior than any other experience that I've received at luxury establishments. I was called to confirm that I would be home and when the date and time didn't suit my schedule, the lovely woman offered another option.
