I especially want to recognize Luis, who provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Luis took the time to understand what I needed, gave excellent advice on paint selection, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His recommendations were spot-on and saved me both time and effort.

“I’ve had good experiences with this location previously. But today’s topped them all. I went in for paint for a touch up job. The only thing I knew was it was Sherwin Williams paint and the color, but I wanted to match the product as closely as possible. Kelly (spl?) chose what he thought was product based on the limited information I had. I ended up being able to confirm the product after leaving the store and his choice of product was exactly right. He went above and beyond listening to my situation and had the knowledge to get me the right thing. Can’t ask for much more.”

“Shubert paint came through for us after a contractor did a bad job painting and finishing a custom install. The paint used was a lacquer paint, something my husband and I have never used. It needs to be sprayed on. Shubert answered all my questions and offered several tip to get a good finish. They filled a couple automotive grade spray cans for us as well which helped produce a good finish on the surfaces where we had to do some touchup.
