Sam's Club in Tucker offers members a wide range of products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, and TVs. Members can shop early—two hours on weekdays and one hour on Saturdays. However, recent changes have affected the shopping experience. A new policy requires paying for hot dog combos through the app, which some customers find difficult to access or log into, leading to missed purchases. Customers have also expressed frustration over not receiving free boxes for their shopping, requiring them to bring their own or find alternatives. The bakery staff is praised for being helpful and attentive, especially during last-minute cake orders, with employees like Carla being highlighted as valuable. Some customers enjoy specific items like the ceviche salad, though others have noted that it has been too salty lately. Additionally, there are complaints about frequent requests for membership cards and the inability to buy pizza or hot dogs without the app, which has caused inconvenience. Overall, the club offers good value but has some areas for improvement in customer service and policies.

I mostly bought fruit and it all looked really good and fresh but they never have rotisserie chickens ready when I go by. It doesn't matter what time of the day I go. They're always out which is very frustrating because it's hard for me to get to Sam's already. So then I have to go to Costco and that's a nightmare

One girl at customer service couldn't do nothing cause she was on the phone instead of helping. Older lady long blond braids. Thats so annoying.
