I had a Sam's Club card awhile back. My mom has one now. I used the card until I visit with her and get mine. She has the card where you bring someone and receive another card. I tried the cheese pretzel I'm not a fan. It's a no for me! The cheese pizza and the beef hotdog combo is delicious! Super great deal and value!

Freakin lady at the cask screamed at me cause her line eas closed for no dang reason had to walk out. freaking scream at someone paying over $400 heck not even someone who was just getting a membership. Not how you act in costumer service industry

Always a good visit. But why so many people block/stand in the way to get rotisserie chicken? Why can't people just position themselves in a way that allow other people to pass. The store is ok, it's the not so smart shopper standing in the way to get rotisserie chicken.

I've had the pleasure of being helped by a young man called Ike. He literally looks out for customers in the parking lot to help us unload our shopping carts and does it professionally and willingly. I hope his manager will recognize him as an asset to Sam's Club and treat him accordingly. He deserves much recognition and a raise of pay.

Sam's is an membership-only club warehouse chain selling a variety of bulk grocery items, electronics and home goods. This is my favorite Sam's Club and perhaps I am saying that because it is the nearest Club to me. The associates are super welcoming and friendly. They are understanding and always ready to step in and ask if you need any help. The store is organized and items placarded, which makes it easier to spot. I have been coming to this location for years now. They always have the items I need in stock as well as other items that I am interested in. They have a huge food selection and always have intriguing things to try. I usually do the self scan or scan as you go and usually don't have to wait in line very long. Plenty of free parking available. There gas prices are so cheap compare to other member clubs. I would highly recommend this store.

Well let us start with the negatives (of a 5-star review): this store feels older and more crowded than others we've visited. The lines to check out can be HORRID - I experienced that first-hand one time when my Scan-and-go did not work. Staff is not always on the ball. The clientele can be rude, fighting to get that first chicken off of the rotisserie (MAN, do they want the chix!) Oh and the gas pumps have short hoses that might not reach the other side, and the pumping could be painfully slow. However! Since this place is just a couple of miles from our daughter's place, it's location x 3! More importantly, we've gotten some excellent bargains here at this store, and at Sam's Club in general, compared to Costco. I got a $189 electric door-bell for $54. No, it was not at all well-organized: in fact, I bought this on my first day there, only to be told at the check-out that they didn't have any stock (Um, why then did you have all the cards on display for people to purchase it!?) Trusting my instinct, and hoping, and wishing, I went back the following day, was 'put on hold' by another staff member (not the one the day before), and was told that they DO have it. I was also able to see on display a water-proof blue tooth speaker, which I ordered, at half price. The moral of the story: Sam's can have some CRAZY deals (I also bought in November at my local club two bottles of 2018 Emblem Napa Cabs that retail for $50 at the winery for $7.31 each.) Second moral - if the price is right, sometimes it really pays to try and try again!

12-19-23 at 4:30 pm, the gas attendant does not need to be outside and acting like he’s a Sam’s employee. He seems to be a placeholder that Mangement with Sam’s club puts out there because maybe they don’t have anyone else because he’s awful.. A white male, he stands there and is NO help at all!!! I usually come after work for gas, if you have a problem you are on your own.Yesterday, I needed help with my Walmart app since I’m a Walmart member I can use my app to get gas at Sam’s. He told me, it was no such thing and that I couldn’t use my app there at that Sam’s, I was outside 30 mins trying to get gas. My app kept giving me an error message, he would not help me. He had to have had a Sam’s card I could use since I had proof I was a Walmart member, I even had Walmart customer service on the phone as proof. It was a long line waiting on me to get gas and finally there was a Sam’s member stepped in and used her membership card and I used my credit card and got gas after standing at the pump for 30 mins in the cold.Two weeks ago, this same person would not help this lady who didn’t know how to add payment to her Sam’s app to get gas, he stood there just like he did me. I had to go over to the opposite pump I was at, take 15 mins of my own time to help this lady as this gas attendant stood there looking at us like we were crazy for needing help. Then when you call the store to report what’s happening, there is NO answer at all from anyone.What if it’s an emergency out there and they have a unqualified person that shouldn’t be there but there as a placeholder because it’s no way he’s there to work, whoever is putting him outside should be ashamed as a manager, I’m definitely following up with both complaints to corporate…

Look, for the record.... This wasn't my idea to eat here.. It was somewhat of a social experiment.. While Sam's is known for Shopping that accommodates Large families, villages, businesses and armies Of sorts.. I said yes to try their pizza I had empty thoughts before trying it Zero expectations.... There seem to be quite a line For sams food court items.. But if you were to ask me I couldn't tell whether or not I was in a dental office Or a place where people receive food They happily eat.. Needless to say... No one was dancing On the thought of what they were about to eat Red flag number 1 2 boxes of cheese pizza later And good customer service I was back at home Ready to devote full attention to Sam's pizza Presentation wise. It was cheesy and neat looking Smell wise.. I too had no dance moves. And a few bites later.... Well,.... It was cheesy.. And the crust was pretty bland But the consistency was ok The tomato sauce was bland Lacking any sort of detection Of pizza being Italian Combined with the cheese... When I closed my eyes while eating I was transported to the lunch room Of elementary school in New York Where I once saw "school pizza" And I confess, I had no clue it was pizza and avoided it Pretty much the whole school year Until the point of feeling famished And eating it Sams club pizza while the cheese was better Than childhood school pizza Definitely tasted as generic as school pizza The pizza wasn't horrible And it also wasn't good If you are low on funds And just need something To feed a crying family Yea, go ahead and grab that pizza pie I will not be eating this ever again 3 stars for customer service Convenience Presentation And knowing this is something affordable For everyone

On Dec. 3rd, I arrived to pickup my order using the curbside feature on the app. However, I spent over 40 minutes waiting in my order! 40 minutes!!!!!!!!! What is convenient about this? The employees have marked my order as complete, yet nobody has brought out my order. I’m truly disappointed with this service and location. They seem to not care at all. Will be contacting corporate. *UPDATE** I finally received my order after 1 hour of waiting.
