The store is clean and well organized. Some isles were very crowded with people waiting to check out; had to leave my cart to walk down and retrieve an item. If you want a rotisserie chicken, they are always sold out by 6:30pm; get there early.

New policy to order the hot dog combo requires you to pay through the app, which I couldn't get logged into, meaning I left without my hot dog combo.

The absolute worst customer service over the phone. I literally called them over 10 times in the last four days and that’s not including the seven times I called them this morning and they never and I mean never pick up. They actually sometimes pick up just to hang right up. The absolute worst Customer Service line ever and I hope the district manager or region manager finds out how unprofessional and unwilling they are to work. Just need to fire about 30% of the staff members to make an example and then hire 30% better staff members to start off better.

I am sitting in line to get gasoline right now at this location. I have been sitting here for over 30 minutes and they have only been three cars in front of me to get gasoline. One of the customers did not understand how to use the gas pump and I put on my window to ask the attendant to go over and help her so that she could complete her gasoline purchase. He just stood and looked at me as if he was not able to understand what I was saying or either he just refused to go over and help the customer. It is like this every afternoon at this location. I even tried to call into the store to speak to someone so that they could send someone else out to help the attendant since they are over 20 cars waiting out here to get gas. No one even answered the phone. This location is the worst Sam’s I have ever been to. There is always some kind of problem and no one ever answers the phone when you call there. Do better Sams Club!

So on Tuesday night I had remembered that I need to order a cake last minute for my son’s bday. Needless to say I was scrambling to figure out what to do so I went to Sam’s bakery to see what I could do and I was greeted by a very pleasant and patient employee (Carla I think that’s her name) but regardless she was very attentive detail oriented and very helpful. She took me thru the steps of ordering thru the app for my cake which by the way idk was the new way of doing things. Sam’s you all need more employees like her she’s a great asset to have and I look forward to coming back and placing more cake orders in the future

The food court condiments were low or none to go with hot dogs and soda, and the staff was not willing to come out and replenish the supply after being asked.
