“After frustration from paying so much money for jewelry repair at the retail jewelry stores I decided to search for a local jeweler. I comb through reviews, and I came across Rivier Custom Jewelry. The reviews were raving. I took my wedding ring in for prong repair after speaking with Ahna over the phone. Long story short, they did not disappoint! Awesome customer service, magnificent work, more than fair pricing, & the work is done in-house! You all have a life long customer! Thank you 🩷”

“The nicest and most professional experience I've had in years. I brought them in a expensive and sentimental time piece to repair. They handled it with care and diagnosed the issue in the first minutes of inspection. They most definitely fit in the Trusted Professionals category.”

“My partner has used ATI watches for some of his watches, and always receives a fair estimate before service. They are always great to chat with and very knowledgeable. I know the recent review of a 'lost' watch is untrue as the owners showed the watch was not missing, and harmful review to the company. Please check this store out for watch repair.”

“This place is a true gem if you’re looking for enthusiast and entry-level luxury timepieces. They have arguably the best Seiko collection you’ll find and the Citizen watches that you actually want to buy. If you’re looking for an entry point to Swiss watches, their Tissot collection is robust, with many automatic and quartz offerings. Most importantly, the folks that own and run the place are super friendly and helpful. I’ve bought several watches from them, and every transaction was a delight, from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend!”

“We had an amazing experience at Bhindi Jewelers! The staff was extremely helpful, and both the manager and the lady who assisted us were very kind, patient, and welcoming. They gave us a really good deal and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. We visited almost all the jewelry stores in Decatur before coming here, but none of them had what we were looking for, and the customer service elsewhere just didn’t compare. Bhindi Jewelers truly stood out with their collection and the way they treat customers. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and honest people!”

“I have read the reviews and I can honestly say that my experience has been much different at Perimeter Mall. I have been shopping at this location for years and I have purchased many things. I have also had items repaired. I have always had a good experience and Robbin is usually the salesperson that assists me. She couldn’t be nicer. In fact, I moved a couple of years ago and she keeps me updated on new arrivals and sales. I am so appreciative of all the help I receive from her. I think this location is a good location and I recommend it 100%!”
