“After looking at other brands of car, I stopped by Southtowne to look at the Palisades. Aaron Austin greeted me and showed me different ones on lot and I decided that they had exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure but I felt real concern from him in answering my questions, going on test drive and through the deal. They even washed the car and provided someone to drive my car back to my home 30 miles away so that I could bring my new car home and not have to arrange getting someone to bring me back. He made himself available at a later date of my choosing to meet with me at dealership and go over any questions I had after having the car a few days. I could not have asked for better treatment than I experienced with this purchase and I’ve bought several new cars in my lifetime. I would highly recommend Southtowne based on my experience and Aaron was exceptional to work with.”
