Hotel Tybee offers clean, comfortable, and large rooms, some newly renovated, with amazing ocean views of the beach and pier from the balcony. Guests can watch the sunrise and moon rise. The staff is friendly, professional, accommodating, and efficient. The location is perfect for easy walking to the pier, restaurants, bars, gift shops, and the beach. The rooms include a large fridge and beach chairs and towels. Check-in and check-out are easy, and there is adequate parking. Some noise from early lawn care and housekeeping can be a disturbance. Overall, it provides a memorable visit with a wonderful vibe.
We paid extra for Beachview and they put us on the first floor and our view was the parking lot to the beach. Wi-Fi is terrible. Only stay here because it’s within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping.

This is where we stay every time we come to town. The staff is friendly, rooms clean and an outdoor pool with bar. Beach facing is the best side of the hotel!

The room was decent it just had a odor to it because it's old and there was a lot of sand residue in the tub which kind of felt weird when I took shower
Overall good experience but they need to do a better job of keeping up the place it's time for a makeover for sure
