“Danny is an amazing, outstanding person. I purchased the LG ThinQ washer and dryer along with the LG QThinQ double door refrigerator with craft ice. I love love my purchases. I made my purchase may of 2022 and had to replace my freezer replacement kit for craft ice. I called Danny and he was very quick to respond. He 1st visit he came to check to see if the kit was repairable. He called me the next day to let me know it needed replacing. He took time out of his day to find the exact part to replace. He also sent me links to the other 2 filters in this huge frig. After I received the parts he scheduled a time shortly after to replace the parts for me with No installation fee. That is OUTSTANDING customer service. I recommend ALL of there appliances. They are honest good people that want to make sure you stay happy with your purchases. Most Appliance stores in have encountered in the past don't care about you when you walk out there door. I RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT HESITATED TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT THIS NEWMAN LOCATION. It's gonna be a good purchase and if something goes wrong. They are a phone call away. Thank you Danny as well as the gentleman that I made the purchase from almost 3 years ago.”

“We visited this Dollar Tree store today and we're pleasantly surprised from the minute we to opened the door. We were greeted with a happy welcome from one of the employees and then as we were perusing the aisles, employee after employee asked we needed help. We were especially impressed with one employee, named Stephanie. She had the kind of smile and made us feel like we were part of her family. As she checked us out she chatted cheerfully and wished us a happy Thanksgiving. In all of our years of shopping, Stephanie was probably the kindest we've ever come across. We would like to thank Dollar tree for hiring such a wonderful employee and we hope that she gets to recognition she deserves for great customer service.”

“This location is where I take my kid after Kroger runs or just on rainy days like any other mom of a kid not in school yet and I just have to say everytime I come here the staff is beyond personable, friendly, accommodating etc. My kid shows up dressed as spiderman one day, upset no one in Kroger acknowledged him but the staff here? Oh they made his day. They always do. Kudos to y'all and thank you for being normal humans and bringing back what customer service and humility used to be. I appreciate it, my kid definitely does and it's just super refreshing going in there despite my child trying to buy 100$ of stuff lol. Thank you guys ??”

They seem to have the same staffing issues that most retail establishments do these days. There is often only one or two people on duty.
This particular location can be difficult to get in and out of due to the very steep grade of the drive leading into and out of the parking lot.”

“I was Shocked to come here! I haven't seen this Family Dollar so neat in a long time! A guy opened up another register as soon as the line started getting long. The staff was helping customers but I heard (Hello well to Family Dollar) all the way from the other side of the store! “Great little store. Been here for years it's located in my hometown. Anytime and every time me and my two children come to load money onto our cashapp card the little old lady with the grey bob makes sure to make us feel like a huge unconvinced and ultimately always end up leaving feeling disgusted by her behavior during the transaction which I have to guide her thru.... I wish this was not a issue. Very rude to make someone feel this way. Thanks dollar general.”
