We spoke about ideas and then she said it would be ready in 20 minutes!!! The arrangement turned out so beautiful and could not be more pleased with my experience.”

“Asia is a gem! She is personable, yet professional. Last week a friend of mine surprised me by sending flowers to my job. The arrangement was beautiful and smelled wonderful. I received so many compliments! Fast forward a little over a week later, they have bloomed beautifully and are still looking good!”
“So my day started because my kid just had to have this certain toy I went to five different Walmarts to find said toy I finally found one very close to this Kroger. That being said I had the responsibility to go grocery shopping for my entire family because the kids are going to be out for the next few weeks. Not only was I able to find everything I needed I cannot express how great the customer service I received was. I live in Douglasville and have never been to this location and I am telling you they blew me away by how kind sweet generous and hardworking that these people were I got the pleasure of being in Kiara's 0 line for the register I did not catch the gentleman's name that was helping her bag but he helped me unload the groceries and everything he didn't just wait for them to go down to the end of the register he literally helped me get my stuff out of my cart I'm not used to that. So again I go to the parking lot to put my groceries in my car and once again Theresa and DJ both came to my car and help me unload the buggy into my trunk and my backseat they did this with no asking no prompting they did this on their own and you just don't see customer service like this anymore especially with younger people I had a horrible day at Walmart because the customer service was the worst I think I've ever experienced in my life but coming here made me feel so much more happy I asked them if it would be okay if I left a review for them and they said that I could this is my review”
