“Update: The shop owner called me and apologized to make it right. There was a mixup with her website opening when it should've been closed at the time. She refunded my orders.
I ordered two bouquets online to be delivered, and they were NOT. The shop’s phone goes straight to voicemail. I’ve left messages and no one has called me back. I’m left to dispute the charge with my bank. All I wanted was some type of communication, but there isn’t any other way.”
