“Everytime I go to vw I always have a very friendly experience, the staff is great specially Milton, we always go back to him when we need a vehicle. We are loyal customers because of the great experience we always have when we visit heritage vw in Union City. Clean building, good service department, they always fix our vehicles. One thing it can be better could be an easier way to get an appointment for service because sometimes they don’t answer the phone. We were able to get a temporary car while they were fixing ours and that was great because we were able to have transportation.”

“Purchased a new vehicle online with Earnest. I contacted 4 dealerships and all except Earnest were playing games and not respectful of my time. Earnest was honest, transparent and professional. He gave me the information I wanted and negotiated the deal without playing games completely online and via text and emails. When it was time to pickup the car, everything was ready and it had a big red bow. The tech guy went over all the cool features of the car and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Earnest was so kind and thoughtful. Even giving great recommendations of places to eat in Atlanta! Highly recommend him if you want a fair honest sales experience!”

“I sincerely appreciate Tim Ellis he worked wonders on obtaining the vehicle I wanted. There was an accidental transfer of the vehicle I wanted and he did a great deed by getting the vehicle back. My visit was comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining. Even when getting insurance was difficult Mr. Ellis referenced a provider and I was approved.
Usually buying a car experience is boring and long but I enjoyed myself; I shared laughs with Mr. Ellis and the financial team member (the first door to the left. “I must admit that I was in a fix the morning that I stopped to get an oil leak checked. I was worried about how I would get my car fixed..
I was rude; I failed to give an appropriate evaluation to a gentleman that went above and beyond the call of his duty in serving me. While I can’t remember his name, he was so very pleasant. He added oil so that I could get to my next stop; gave me recommendations on where to get the job done that he couldn’t do.
He was so gracious and kind. I was in a comfortable atmosphere while I waited on my service.”
“Had a great car buying experience here. I started my search on TrueCar and had one of their salesmen reach out to me over email. He gave me an up front out-the-door price and helped me secure exactly the financing I was looking for. A lot of dealerships make it a pain to even find the price of their vehicles, so it was refreshing to get that information up front no with nonsense. I worked out most things over text and email, so when I came in, I was able to sign a bunch of papers and get out in around an hour. When it came to the pricing, everything was exactly as we agreed beforehand. It did not have any dealer markups or hidden fees on my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and they help me get my car set up before I left. Thank you to Chris and Cody for the no-nonsense car buying experience.”

“I'm skeptical of taking my vehicle to any shop or dealership. This experience was pretty good. The start wasn't very positive as I waited over 3 hours for a diagnostic and no one communicated the status of my vehicle, I had to ask myself. I ended up having my vehicle serviced here (transmission replacement) and it was a fairly smooth process. I was able to have all my questions answered and the staff I came into contact with was respectful.”
“I am more happy with the service department here than the dealership in Buckhead. I love the fact that everyone at this location has been completely honest with me about every aspect of my truck unlike where I purchased that Buckhead. The same problem that I originally took my truck in for in Buckhead, where I purchased that and (keep in mind it has very low mileage) Was never addressed correctly nor was fixed( recall issue). It only took one visit and a wonderful technician named Rich To find the problem, get the answer and make sure the repairs were done correctly. They never once made me feel like my concerns were invalid. They always address everything and the way that they stay in contact with me with top 10 . I just want to say thank you for being one of those dealership out there that has an honest team working for them.
Oh sidenote, and the ladies at check in/ telephone and check out and customer service are so professional. They are keepers. If I could give them more stars, I would.
Update
They got me out of that lemon that was sold to me in Buckhead and I was not made to suffer financial consequences because of the misinformation that was given to me.
If I could give them 24 stars, I would I just purchased the new 2024 Range Rover and they exceeded just like I knew they were. They understood the assignment dealt with my craziness and I am a happy customer again Marlon, who kept calling Melvin is the greatest salesman ever if you need a car and honesty at the same time this is where you go.”

“We didn't have an appointment to get our vehicle repaired, due to an unexpected problem. When we arrived at dealership, we were immediately met by Keaton, our service manager, who initially stated that it would take over 3-4 hours before they could check out vehicle. However, within 1.5hrs, he got the car into the shop & diagnosed problem to a bad battery. Luckily, it was still under warranty & it was replaced and were back on the road in about 3hrs. His & their customer service was impeccable.”

“I always go to Precision Tune Union City GA for my oil change with every vehicle I've owned and recently for my tune-up. The staff is always nice and cordial! The receptionist even remembered my name, and had my information pulled up and was familiar with the type oil change I normally get which made me feel special. It was a great experience!
