“Had an amazing experience and left with a new couch and matching rug, office desk, and bed frame. They also gifted me with an amazing fragrance. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, patient, and weren't aggressive salespeople *hate that*. I will be back. The only thing I would be mindful of is asking about the specifications on the furniture. Imagine my surprise when admiring my desk and seeing a small sticker on the side with a warning that it's made with a cancer causing material (cadmium).Nevertheless, they delivered and put my desk and bed frame together on the same day and the delivery guys were just as professional as the people who assisted me in the store.”

Banisters was extremely quick in getting me a fair and reasonable quote, finding the right style to match a difficult pattern and coloring, and completing the work quickly with quality! Definitely hated the issue but Banisters made the repair a synch”

“Kwania was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable with showing us different examples of sofas to meet our needs and the room dimensions. In the end, she recommended something that we were unsure about because they did not have it in store for us to sit on. We went to Ashley furniture and sat on something nearly exactly the same and loved it. The price was BY FAR better at Kwania’s place.
She was flexible on the delivery date and everything (accommodating with late day delivery). The delivery crew did well with unpackaging and setting up the new sofa!! It is great. Thanks so much for being so patient, Kwania!!”

“A good local spot-even though I live far away. I visit for these soapstone burner oils they have. Tried one in particular and loved them so I frequent because of this when I'm in the area. They have lots of products, ok prices too. The employees are helpful.”

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to the store associate Dwayne at this location, as well as Corey the manager. Dwayne went above and beyond to help me track down a Milwaukee tool. He spent so much time helping me and was nice and patient. At the end, we couldn’t find the exact tool I was looking for, but we found a similar item and Dwayne was instrumental in working with his manager Corey in getting me a similar price.

“The people who work here are so helpful and friendly... The only issue is they say they have merchandise in stock on line that is in the store....But on more than one occasion I have went to the store and said item is not able to be located anywhere including back...Even when it says in stock on there handheld devices... I do not live near a Target so it's a little frustrating..”

“I been shopping at Arron’s since 2024 I bought a most of my devices I need for school with then I shopped at their west waters location in Tampa they riverview location in Tampa and this Aaron’s to they have been very helpful to me and are the reason why I’m able to graduate school. Look forward to shopping with another Aaron’s in the future. Also when I was in between jobs they worked with me and help me to be able to keep my item I even was able to pay off my items early then expected with their help would definitely shop here agian”
