I recently visited Home Depot on Cascade. I have to say my experience exceeded my expectations. I wasn't expecting such exceptional customer service, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated from the moment I walked in.
The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed.
Although I experienced a small hiccup with my delivery order, Assistant Manager Dennis stepped in immediately and quickly resolved the issue. His professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.
I also want to give a special thank you to Eric, Josh, and the young man working in the outdoor garden area who helped me select my landscaping rocks. They were patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I made the right choices.
