“On my way to NC from CA, I needed to replace a tire strap. When Mike took a look at the trailer hitch connection, he'd noticed it somehow came unlocked enough to be barely holding on. “There aren't enough stars to give for this review. A+ towing deserves 5+ stars. In the middle of a 600 mile drive to Florida with my kids, my Suburban simply shut off going 65 mph on south I-59. As I was stranded in a strange city, I started calling auto shops at random. Lisa at Jerry Gowan's Garage was the first friendly voice I came across. She suggested A+ towing. She then asked if I wanted to call the towing company for me to make it easier on me...absolutely! Anthony showed up 30 to 45 minutes later in his tow truck - super nice guy, very understanding. Anthony actually waited a little extra time before loading my truck on the rollback to allow for a pick-up vehicle to arrive and transfer my kids and my luggage (it was raining, 55 degrees). They were able to help/recommend the best vehicle for what I needed done. Truck was clean inside and out and SMELLED fresh, nothing worse than a smokey smelling vehicle when your not a smoker. I’d rather bring my car here over the Mazda dealership bc they are faster and the prices are better and the service is just as good. Some things they advise me to take to Mazda bc of warranty issues but I’ve gotten my brakes, oil changes, and wheel bearing done here. All great work.”

“Towed my vintage 1989 Thiago Ford RV from Norcross to Aragon Georgia today, over 70 miles. was very careful about hooking it up and driving it that distance , I’ve had it towed in the past before And it’s usually some kind of nightmare wondering if they’ve damaged it but not This company it was excellent service and on top of it it was actually cheaper than the nightmare experience I’ve had, After today i’ll be using them exclusively in the future if I ever need a Tow again ,”
