“I just had the BEST experience at Ben’s. I was having major battery issues. I came to Ben’s on my lunch break. I was greeted at the door with a smile and immediate service. They tested everything and confirmed it was indeed a battery problem and not an alternator issue. (Thank goodness!) Within 30 minutes, I had a brand new battery at a completely reasonable price. They were honest, kind, and efficient. Absolutely recommend Ben’s to anyone needing car service. 5 stars all the way!”

“We blew 2 tires on our camper near Adel, Georgia on 75 on 10/11/25. We got the spare mounted and limped off the highway. Tried to get Good Sam to tow us to a nearby Camping World, but they dropped the ball. We called Fussells the next morning. They had tires and the service call was reasonable, $275. They were even recommended by Camping World. Caesar showed up less than an hour later and had us on the road about an hour after that with 4 new tires. He was very professional. He even helped us with some started fluid when our truck had trouble starting. Recommend these guys highly!”

“I had a great experience working with Matt when I purchased a used vehicle this summer. When I had my first (free!) scheduled oil change, Matt made an appointment for my service. The staff at the service desk was very helpful and polite, and even checked the battery on my start remote. The service itself was completed i a timely manner. Highly recommended.”
“My daughter and I found ourselves stranded 4 hrs from home on a Friday late afternoon. We were able to get our car the .02miles by 5 o'clock. Even though they closed at 6pm they still worked us in. We were offered a safe air conditioned room to rest and the use of their restroom. When he couldn't do the repairs he allowed us to store or car in his garage (free of charge) overnight and stayed with us until an Uber was able to pick us up and take us to a hotel. The next day we were unable to get back to shop before they closed. They agreed to place car outside garage and hide the keys so we could pick up when tow finally made it. I offered to reimburse them for their kindness, but they refused. They are truly Blessed Souls and will be rewarded for their care and kindness tgey gave to my daughter and I in such a scary time for us. God Bless them always THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️!!”

“Great shop with very friendly staff! A & M replaced my rear rotors and brake pads back in Oct 2025. It was a bit pricey purchasing parts through them but that’s a given if you don’t order your own parts. Aside from that, I was extremely satisfied with their service and quality parts. I recently needed the same done with my front rotors and pads so I reached out to A & M to schedule service. They got me in quick and everything went well with the repairs. Cost was less expense too because I brought my own parts. Both times I was provided amazing service and everyone’s always smiling and positive. Oh! Completely forgot they repaired one of my tires too. Overall amazing place with trustworthy people.”
