“We rented a Chrysler Pacifica for our family vacation & it was the best decision we made! The van was very spacious as well as entertaining. Some of the features included headrest entertainment, sufficient HDMI & port chargers, touchscreen dash, etc. Our rental was great on gas & clean upon arrival. Southside’s staff was beyond amazing. “We were traveling Thanksgiving week when our car broke down about an hour from. After towing the car to the repair shop, we came here. The agent, a young man whose name I cannot remember, worked diligently to arrange an overnight rental. Returning the car was fast and easy. The only downside is they don't have a dropbox for after-hours returns. I highly recommend this location.”

“If anyone on this side of town needs a rental, this hands down is the first place to consider. It was fast, (they're not all efficient in town), professional, and I wanted to give a shout out to Cassandra(?), hope I remembered her name. She was top notch.
Also if you want a detail that tips the scale, they have a key drop box. They don't all have one in town.”
“I flew down there to visit my mom in the hospital. I reserved a car but mistakenly put noon for pickup when my flight landed at 5pm. The car was no longer available when I arrived and they didn’t have any other vehicles. I was in tears and trying to figure out how I would get to my mom. The lady at the front said she just got one in and needed checked in but I could use that one. I forgot her name but she was a blessing! Thank you!”
