“My experience was great! The representative was friendly and very knowledgeable on my needs. She made sure I had a clear understanding of all information I wanted. She met my expectation 100% I would recommend this bank to all.”
“The main building was closed when I drove through, but I only needed to use the drive-through ATM. You have to enter from the roadway leading to/away from the Moody Inn front desk (one way in/ out as far as I could tell). The roadway for driving around in there is tight IMO, but I personally prefer having extra space. Charged me a $5 fee to withdraw $20 using a NF card (not happy about that, but I needed cash and it worked).”

“The Quitman branch of Southeastern Credit Union is fabulous! They are professional, prompt and kind ever time I walk in. I would recommend them to anyone needed banking services.”
“If I could give this place a Ten I would! Jasmine was friendly and a joy from the moment We meet her and Just as excited when we got the check for my babies first car!!
Jasmine worked with us no matter how many times we showed up with different questions and even stayed late in order for us to close the deal. The manager over Jasmine was also very helpful and was constantly praising her employee.
Best experience that We could have had!!”
“UPDATE!
They relentlessly have reached out since I wrote them and have went above and in beyond to correct every issue I had. Thank you for resolving the issues. Glad to not have switched banks.
I can't ever get access to my money. My account and debt cards get randomly locked. I got a new card in the mail three times bc of fradulent activity I never flagged and this last time now it took 2 days for them to do it again. When I try getting a card in person they never have the other person who is supposed to assist. Can't get anyone on the phone. 4 random checking accounts some how were created when I only had two. I'm switching once I can get in touch with someone”
“I had a pretty frustrating experience that felt like it was never going to get resolved, but after just a few minutes in Mr. Tyler’s office, he got everything straightened out and even corrected some information on my account in the process. I don’t care what Mr. Tyler makes — he deserves a raise.”
“I went in to inquire about a loan. I met with Summer Jones who explained how a credit union operates and she assisted me in joining and opening an account as well as gathering information for a loan application. I then met with Cara Stevens who explained all the details and got the process started.
Both ladies were polite, professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate of my situation. I'm amazed at how fast the process has advanced in such a short period of time. I'm now in the process of closing my accounts at another local financial institution and giving Southeastern Credit Union all my business.
I wish I would have done this 13 years ago.”
