“People are nice and good looking store everything is neat and clean. I may be wrong on the year of the truck there is a 1953 Chevy pickup they have inside that is beautiful. They always have what I need.”
“I love this place! The quality of tools has improved over the years to the point where their Icon line is on par with the tool trucks. So far, I have never had to return a tool to use their lifetime warranty, but it's good to know its there if I need it.”
“A surprisingly large and well stocked hardware store right in the heart of downtown Valdosta. The store was adequately staffed and the staff was quick to offer assistance and a friendly greeting. Parking was readily available on the street and in a lot beside the building.”
“I have just finished a huge remodel and sure wish I had discovered Whitehead earlier. I am tired if big name hardware stores that cannot organize or refill their stock, and online stores who will not provide updates on stocking issues or delivery dates.I discovered Whitehead after searching for days to find a product by the foot that others only sold in rolls of 50 or 100 feet. This saved me a considerable amount of money and having to figure out what to do with leftover product. My biggest praise though goes to how they handled an issue of having less in stock than they thought they had. Instead of burying their head in the sand and ignoring the problem, they notified me right away with my options, and quickly restored their stock. In the end, the product was delivered with very little delay from the initial estimate. If all of their interactions with customers are as positive as my first interaction, it would have saved me a lot of frustration had I discovered them sooner, and most likely saved money as well.”
“I've been buying from here for years and keep coming back. Great selection of feed for my farm animals. They stock everything you'd need to enjoy your outdoor area more. Seeds to plant, fertilizers to help them grow, and the expert advice needed to make your garden the best.
Also have a great supply of hunting needs like stands, food plot seed, and plenty of corn.”

“If you want to shop local. This is the place to go. The guy who owns the store is extremely knowledgeable and wants to help you to find what you are looking for. All the prices are fair and if they had later hours and were open on Sundays we would always go here instead of lowes.”
“I have shopped around and never found a better place to buy all my meats. Always good selection at a great price! Clean store and has True Value hardware as well.”

“Have to give a big shout out to Quincy Thompkins! He was a great help to me in ordering some french doors. Great personality and very informative. Give this man a raise! When so many people these days don’t want to work, Quincy is at the front of the line ready to help. Thank you”
“I was greeted upon arrival, unlike the big stores where you can't find a sales person to help you. They are more than a hardware store. They should be True Value Home Store. I was amazed at their showroom. Go check them out and be amazed also.”
“Shout out to all the amazing ladies at the Customer Service desk! They were so sweet, efficient, and patient in helping us with our return yesterday! ? Thank you!!! ?”
“These guys are top knotch, I purchased a finish mower and after having to work on it and make repairs everytime I used it realized I made a bad purchase. After contacting Wayne at Agri Supply and reporting the problems I was having they went above and beyond my expectations and made it right. In today's world you don't get service like this anymore and even tho it's a two and a half hour drive for me to go to there any implement I purchase in the future will be from them. Everyone is delt with during this experience was on time there only goal was to fix the problem and more forward even the yard guy was spot on when he unloaded and loaded the mowers everytime he got off and on the forklift he put on his seat belt, how many times do you see this, you take care of the little things and the bigger things will take care of themselves.”
