“Rugs A Bound offers great customer service. I was working with them on a website order for 3 months. The manufacturer kept saying the 3 large area rugs I ordered were backordered. Rugs A Bound kept me up-to-date with timely emails and information. Finally, it looked the manufacturer went out of business without telling anyone. Rugs A Bound was quick to check into the issue, contacted the manufacturer several times, and they immediately sent me a full refund. I ended up purchasing my rugs in a local store (I live in Florida), but I highly recommend this company to anyone who lives near their shop or works with them online.
