“Although this hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel, everything from the friendliness of the staff, to the food quality, and extra perks exceeds anything I have experienced at a 4-star hotel. The only thing missing are the room slippers. As other have stated, the beds at this hotel are super comfortable as they have quite a bit of give to them making them much easier to sleep on compared to the super-firm mattresses at other hotels.The best perk of this hotel is the 5:30-7pm Kickback where you are entitled to 3 alcoholic drinks of your choosing (they have a large selection of drinks to pick from). They also serve delicious hot food as well as soda and coffee during this time as well. You could very well make this your dinner if you are able to make it back to the hotel by the allotted time.The hotel's breakfast is some of the best that I have had in the US. It's a full-suite of everything from scrambled eggs, waffles, breakfast sausage, fruit, cereal, biscuits and gravy, cooked hot oat meal. They also have an assortment of juices as well as coffee. I probably missed some items as there was just so many different things. My family and I have decided that this is going to be our go-to hotel from now on if we need to stay overnight in Valdosta.Drury Inn is a blueprint of how other hotels should operate as this is the only place I've ever visited that really makes you feel right at home!”
“Rooms are clean and smell clean. Only issue parking if there are work crews with trailers its tight on space.

“Absolutely wonderful hotel. Beds are really comfortable soft not hard as rocks like some motel 6. Bathroom is stunning!!! Walk in shower with bench. Room is nice and clean. Bath was clean. Non smoking. Actually didn't smell like cigarettes. I was pleasantly surprised... All in all i highly recommend”

“After a bad experience with a previous hotel service, this hotel came to the rescue! My family and I came from Atlanta to visit family in Valdosta. We were pleased that they had a room available at the last minute. The moment I booked the room online they were able to check us in within the 10 minutes because it was already after 3pm. So appreciated with customer service! The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and I loved the pancakes! Overall, it was worth our money and stay! I look forward in staying in this hotel every time we go Valdosta to visit! Thank y’all for a great experience!”

“Had no rooms available except for a suite and it wasn’t what I was looking for, however they reduced the price of the suite to fit my needs as well as told me we could use the pool after hours if we weren’t loud. We didn’t end up swimming but it was great customer service!!! Breakfast was amazing also.”
“I was here about 11 days for work. The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff were friendly and welcoming. They have manager's reception Monday-Thursday that serves beer and wine. It was a happy surprise to find. Hotel is pretty full each night with this just being off 75. I never had any issues with noise even when the youth soccer teams were here. I would stay again for sure if/when work brings me back.”

“Just wanted to give a big shout out today to KP and his coworker Elaine they were both exceptional team players today when they both came together to find myself and my mother a room due to the hurricane that had come through the Valdosta area..., we have been at our home in Valdosta for 3 days now with no power and no air conditioning and wow is that a danderous combination when ur disabled. I guess you really don't know until you've been through something like this, at any rate, we were desperate to find a hotel now for two days as we have tried everywhere and everywhere has turned us down before we could even get in the door due to the current demand in our area. But thank God for KP and his coworker Elaine they saw my pain and were eager to help not only were they already booked up but they found a way to get me and my mom in, considering the fact that I'm disabled, and we needed to get to a cooler place so Elaine said to KP "can I jump out there and help like this,...[ will go clean a room that we just had to come vacant and I'll clean it for them right now since they're kind of an emergency situation...(TOTALLY SELFLESS HUH!?) anyways long story short I want to give a huge THANK U Red Roof Inn I want to thank you for your beautiful safe hotel rooms and to KP and ELAINE you are truly God sent today we couldn't have asked for more thanks from the bottom of our hearts... you guys are the true definition of customer service....have a good daychris.fiveash”

“the rooms are super outdated, so if that’s something your not okay with i’d pass. we were greeted, nicely. my favorite part of traveling is walking into a cold hotel room. and let me tell you it was cold and crisp in this room. beds are comfy, pillows are amazing.
i asked for an extra blanket because i didn’t bring mine, and normally they bring the white comforter/sham. the lady handed me an actual blanket. i was really happy about it. honestly i’d recommend this hotel for just stopping by, or needing a place to sleep”
“The front desk people aren’t to bad depending on who you talk to. The lady I spoke to about my service dog was super sweet and loved on our sweet girl and she then had my back and told the owner they weren’t allowed to charge me $100 deposit for my service dog. They’re kind of nosey but it doesn’t bother me bc I have nothing to hide. Only thing I say bad is that if you stay weekly you don’t get room service but is much rather clean my own room so I know it’s a cleaned properly.”

“From the time we stepped into the lobby the cleanliness was noticeable, the staff was very friendly, our room was perfect and the breakfast was better than most hotel food. The puppies even had a treat jar on a table near the entrance/exit. If I traveled to Valdosta more often, I would definitely pick this hotel.”
