“Is this a five star resort - of course not. But they get 5 stars for being exactly what they say they are.
This was a very convenient location and felt safe. There are alot of restaurants around but who needs that when you have a 5:30 Kickback every night!
The food was what you expect for a hotel but it was convenient and our kids enjoyed the options. (Sample menus are posted online.
The rooms are starting to show some age but they have had some minor upgrades and were clean.
There is a gym, an indoor/outdoor pool, and a large lobby with sofas, tvs, and popcorn and soda on the evening.”

“Great stay. Clean. Nice staff. Couple of small things that some may notice like the doors need to be repainted but of course a little scratched paint doesnt change the fact that they keep the rooms clean and ready for the next guest. The breakfast was set up fantastic and the staff for that really put some work into it because it was far beyond any other hotel breakfast we have had in a while, very good!
If youre looking for a family friendly affordable place to stay this is it!”

“I want to take a moment out of my day to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE at this hotel — from the front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping. Tonight is my last night here after spending 16 days, and I can honestly say that this place has left a bigger impact on me than I ever expected.
From the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted by Mrs. Julie, I felt welcomed. We talked for hours when I checked in, and she told me that I was really going to fit in here. At the time, I didn’t quite understand what she meant. But the very next day, when I was leaving the hotel, it seemed like everyone already knew who I was before I even introduced myself. That’s because Julie had already spoken so highly of me and made me feel like I belonged.
Mrs. Julie — Thank you for everything, you really made an impact on my life and for that i Thank you ! You are true to yourself an never stop doing that, the day i met you, you already knew me 5 minutes later an for that i will never forget you ♥
Mrs. Hillary — you truly are God-sent. You are one of the sweetest, most soft-spoken people I’ve ever met. You took care of me, and you even took care of the sweet cats outside. Watching how much they loved you was so special. You could simply walk outside and Mustache would come running to you. You are truly an amazing human being.
Tora — you are phenomenal! We met outside on the patio during your break, and from that moment on, we made it a point to talk whenever we saw each other. You told me so much about Valdosta and the area, and I genuinely enjoyed every conversation we had. Thank you for always being so kind and welcoming.
Patrick — you are such an amazing person. You’re someone I could talk to after having a long day, and you always seemed genuinely willing to listen and cared about what I had to say. Sometimes, having someone simply listen can mean more than they realize.
Christopher — I’ll be honest, when I first got here, I definitely got a different vibe at first. But after being here for a while, the first time you finally waved at me, it genuinely made my day. It may have seemed like something small, but those little moments meant a lot to me.
And last but certainly not least, Sara — thank you for always having a kind smile and for being one of the absolute sweetest people I’ve met here. You are going to make an AMAZING manager, and I truly hope you know that!
To this entire team: THANK YOU. You have all been so good to me, and I’m genuinely grateful for every conversation, every smile, every hello, and every little moment during my 16 days here.
I came here as a guest, but I’m leaving feeling like I’ve made connections with some really wonderful people. ❤

“Traveling down to Florida and stopped here as a halfway point. Prices are good. Bed was comfy. Didn’t have time to get in the pool but it did look nice and clean. Water was nice and hot, AC got cold. The rooms are decent but small which is expected of course. 3 stars for the room due to there being dark stains running down the wall, but other than that it was clean and came with mini fridge and microwave which was convenient. The service was super friendly, I believe it was Mitt (could be wrong) that helped us. He checked on us without being overbearing, check in/out was smooth and he offered to help us pack our bags up. It is also located right off 75 which is great.”

“Had a lovely stay…enjoyed a free Gold upgrade to room very much appreciated! Room clean but had issue with air/heating unit leaking water on the floor and sparking when switching from air to heating. Great breakfast and helpful front desk.”
“My wife and I lived here about eight years ago when we moved to Valdosta it was not as clean and peaceful. We are back for little while and the upgrade is better and cleaner and quiet. Loving the new look”

“The service here was great! The lady that checked us in was very kind and helpful, and had a great sense of humor. The only issue really was that the rooms were slightly out of date, and the fire alarm went off at like 6am, however other than that I had a great experience! Would recommend this spot.”

“The front desk people aren’t to bad depending on who you talk to. The lady I spoke to about my service dog was super sweet and loved on our sweet girl and she then had my back and told the owner they weren’t allowed to charge me $100 deposit for my service dog. They’re kind of nosey but it doesn’t bother me bc I have nothing to hide. Only thing I say bad is that if you stay weekly you don’t get room service but is much rather clean my own room so I know it’s a cleaned properly.”

Almost felt like a 3-Star because of their service.
Very underrated Hotel.
If disabled, all floors are accessible via the Elevator.
My only concern is the Elevator, there is no fire escape via the roof which, as a Former Firefighter, worries me if a fire happens
AND, the A/C units are either old and/or physically broken.”

“The main negative issue that I had was the plumbing under the sink was disconnected. And I learned this when I turned the sink water on. I took a picture and immediately showed it to the clerk. I also emailed the photo per her instructions. I just was not going to possibly get stuck paying the room incidental fee. But other than this, my 1 night stay was ok. The room AC worked great, the room was clean. Breakfast was fine as well.”
